素晴らしいお宿。

個室温泉風呂付和洋室は素晴らしかったです。広々していて清潔でした。美味しいドリップコーヒーと紅茶が備えられててそれも美味しかったですが、シュガーだけでなくコーヒークリームもあると更に有難いです。 私はせっかくの美味しいコーヒーを飲むためコンビニでミルクを買いに行きました。 備え付けの温泉がずっと流れっぱなしで止めることが出来ず一晩中流れる音がするのはある意味風流ですがもったいない気もします(循環式かもしれませんが)。 お食事は目にも口にも素晴らしく美味しかったです。

Service was outstanding. Staffs were super helpful and friendly. The room was great; it was spacious with an excellent view. While the breakfast was pretty good, the dinner was a bit of a letdown.

広大な能登の海を眺めながら源泉かけ流しの露天風呂でゆったり。料理とおもてなしのこころが素晴らしい！

久々の夫婦旅行、嫁さまからの「美味しいのどぐろを食べたい」「露天風呂につかりたい」のリクエストを受け金沢の和倉温泉を選びました。 【チェックイン】 普通はフロントで立ったまま宿帳に氏名や住所を記載しますが、こちらは奥の喫茶で座ってお抹茶と銘菓を頂きながら、ゆったり宿帳を記載できます。急かされない素晴らしいおもてなしだと思いました。 【お風呂】 1階が男湯、2階が女湯となっており、それぞれ中にお風呂が１つ、外に露天風呂が１つありました。露天風呂は広くはないものの、広大な七尾湾を眺められる源泉かけ流し風呂に浸かれる贅沢はやっぱり格別です。 【お食事】 贅沢！というインパクトを与えるものではないものの、土地の物をふんだんに使った料理が多く供され、おもてなしの心を感じました。またサラダなどが別テーブルで取り放題になっており、女性にはうれしいだろうな、と思いました。ドレッシングも土地の大根を使ったものなど、4種類ほどあってよかったです。白米だけ若干やわらかかったので、もっと固めに炊いて色々なおかずに合わせられればよかったのにな・・とは思いました。 【観光】 近くの市役所でレンタサイクルを借り、能登島大橋を渡って景色を堪能したり、七尾市出身の辻口シェフの珠玉なスイーツが味わえるミュージアムに行ったり、のんびりするには非常にいい場所だと思います。湾のため波の音がなく、海を眺めていても非常に静かです。 【ほか】 卒業シーズンだったからか大学生らしき人たちの集団が多く宿泊しており、隣の部屋がたまたま女子大生の集団が泊まったせいか、夜中までしゃべりや歌が壁を通して聞こえてきました。壁がもう少し厚いか防音であればもっと安眠できたかな、と思いました。 【おまとめ】 お近くには日本No.1と評される有名なお宿もありますが、眺望・サービス・お風呂・おもてなし・・などなど、美湾荘も決して引けを取りません。次回和倉温泉に来た時も迷わずこの美湾荘を選ぶと思います。

快適さ最高

お風呂に入っていて、時間を忘れてしまい、部屋にケーキを届けてもらう予定が約束時間をとっくに過ぎてしまいました。そんな時も従業員さんは優しく対応してくれとても感謝しています。また部屋からの景色も料理もお風呂も浴衣も最高でした！カップルも、女性客も男性客も全員が楽しめる快適な旅館だと思いました

酒店就在海邊，可以看到日落景色，十分美麗。溫泉水質很好，很舒服。晚餐非常豐富，除了海鮮，還有能登地道美點。酒店員工服務貼心。傍晚酒店附件有夏祭，有遊戲攤位，太鼓表演和抽獎。

Yukemurino Yado Biwanso A Place To Relax

Our visit to Yukemurino Yado Biwanso was relaxing and comfortable. From our arrival and throughout our stay the staff was extremely gracious, polite and helpful. Our Japanese/Western style room was spacious, comfortable and had a beautiful ocean view. The room was equipped with all the modern conveniences and had a beautiful indoor furo bath which my wife and I enjoyed. The public furo facilities were also nice but got crowded at certain times of the day. The meals were served in the rokan's ocean view dining room kaiseki style and was delicious and well presented. Wakura Onsen the area where Yukemurino Yado Biwanso is located in is well known for its hot springs, excellent accommodations and wonderful views but has limited local shopping and dining venues. Also very little tourist information is written in English which was a bit challenging. Overall if you are looking for a wonderful onsen resort area to just relax and recharge your health, Wakura Onsen and Yukemurino Yado Biwanso is a great choice!

Excellent service

Excellent service! I got toothache and the Vice President booked the dental for me as my request. The dentist was very nice and good skill to fix my problem and the charges was reasonable. I am very appreciate for her "Customer first" service and attitude! Also the Onsen was very good.
