"Nice hotel. Reception gave us a room well before check in time. Excellent offering in restaurant at dinner and breakfast. Pool is shaded for most of the day though."

"Easily one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Impeccable service and standards. We stayed at three hotels in Kolkata for our trip and this was the clear winner for us. The staff were very helpful and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Everyone from the concierge, house keeping, fnb services and the Taj club were so welcoming and accommodating. A shout out to Bimal, Kishan, Rajesh and the team we met in the Taj Club for their impeccable hospitality. There was a particular lady from the Taj Club that really stood out from the rest but unfortunately we didn't get her name. Defintiely would stay here again! "

"I recently stayed at the peerless Hotel in Kolkata for a week located near Park Street, which is one of the city's most vibrant areas, and I had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel's restaurant served a variety of dishes with a special emphasis on Bengali cuisine, which I absolutely loved. The food was flavorful, and I particularly enjoyed the local delicacies. The breakfast Buffett was also a highlight, offering wide range of options, from continental to local Indian dishes. Overall, a memorable experience."

One of the standout features was the fine dining at Wykiki which offered stunning panoramic views of the city skyline – it’s the perfect spot to unwind at sunset. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a blend of contemporary decor and local artwork that gave the space a unique, personal touch. I was also impressed by the in-room amenities, particularly the tea bar and eco-friendly toiletries. The hotel also offers a delightful spa with an array of treatments, and the fitness center was top-notch with state-of-the-art equipment. I also loved the fact that they have a unique green initiative – using energy-efficient lighting and offering refillable water stations throughout the property, which really reflects their commitment to sustainability. The breakfast spread was another highlight, featuring a wide selection of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. It made for a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, luxury, and standout features that make the experience truly special!"
