"It was a great stay. Location is excellent , just next to the MRT and ride hailing app DiDi is just 1 click away. Service was all good. I arrived very early, left my luggage, walked around a bit, and got an early check-in at around 12. Big room with comfortable bed and all necessities you usually expect at a high end hotel. Massage at Chi spa is legendary and it's worth the price. The onsite restaurant Jiangnan Wok was voted 2nd best in the city but I think it's worth the number 1 position after...

"They allow SMOKING in this property. We have asked for non smoking rooms and when we went to our room, it was smelling smoke. We went back to talk to the receptionist and we saw someone smoking in the corridor. They have ask trays by the elevator door. We went to complain but they said nothing they can do. Do not stay here if you want a smoke free place "
