Nantes a wonderful city with such tasty food. La Perouse is centrally located near so many good restaurants and right across from a tram stop. The rooms are small but adequate, and breakfast was very good.

The facility was clean but the welcome by the staff was only so-so. We had asked about some sights in town and were given only vague locations - like we should know the area. We did not feel we were welcomed as guests of the hotel and the city. And then the bathroom: the sink is absolutely the worst possible design. It does not empty because is does not have a sloping design from the sides so everything sits in the sink visible and is disgusting. In addition, it did not drain well down the drain. Asked for someone to come by to fix it and no one showed up. Finally, no parking - even to register. Parking structure recommended was 3 blocks away and we had to pay for.

Décevant pour un 4 étoiles! Pas d’eau à notre arrivée et on ne nous a pas informé de la situation…on s’en rend compte en arrivant dans la chambre! Propreté douteuse. Bref assez d’insatisfaction pour quitter et demander un remboursement à Expédia dès le lendemain matin alors que nous devions y séjourner 3 nuits. Le processus de remboursement s’est bien passé avec Expedia.

Tres surprise par cet hotel avec 4 etoiles. Il baigne un peu dans son jus. Le personnel est néanmoins tres sympa. Petit dejeuner pas a la hauteur du prix. Pas de bouteille d eau, ni de thé dans les chambres. Electricité à revoir Thé et café Accessibles dans le lounge du bas. Bien situé mais je ne recommande pas pour un 4 étoiles

Très surprise du manque de convivialité de cette chambre. Je me suis crue dans un hôpital, absence totale de decoration, salle d'eau vieillotte au possible. Il fait accrocher des espèces de couvertures en molleton aux fenêtres (vasistas) car il n'y a pas de rideau. Pas de petite bouteille d'eau, encore moins de bouilloire électrique ou cafetière à café ce qui est de base proposé dans un 3***. Alors la, rien! Donc très très décevant pour un soit disant 4****! Sans parler du prix de la chambre... 180 euros!! Exagéré simplement à mon sens. En revanche accueil très très chaleureux.

J’ai cette fois ci eu une chambre qui donnait sur l’arrière de l’hôtel donc pas lumineuse. Face à la porte l’ascenseur, face à la fenêtre les restaurants de la rue de derrière… pas le top niveau sonore.

Hotel situato nel centro di Nantes, non proprio comodo per il parcheggio, la struttura non dispone di un proprio parcheggio ma ce ne sono nelle vicinanze. Ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico.
