"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously.
Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room.

"We had a great stay with two other couples. The unit is well kept as are the grounds. Some good places to eat without having to drive. My only criticism is that none of the lights are very bright except those in the kitchen. We could not play cards at the dinning table because of this. We had to arrange chairs around the kitchen counter."

"It was a very simple property with amazingly beautiful views, and we were right next to turtle Cove. Every morning we got up and went swimming with the turtles at the property next to this one. The beach was wonderful and very easy to access. It was great watching the sun rise and sit on the rocks Behind the property. There was some construction in the parking lot while we were there but we were able to park with no problem- for free. The rental shop was awesome. We were able to get all of our snorkeling gear for the week plus some delicious shaved ice. I would definitely stay here again."
"We loved this place! This was our first time in Hawaii celebrating our 20 years anniversary! The condo is in a very good location, close to several good beaches that we wanted to go, in front of the ocean and very calm! We did not enjoy several options from the facilities because every day we were enjoying the beach outside the apartment. We recommend this to everyone that wants to come to Maui with a partner, great place to stay!"

"We spent a week in the middle of July at the property and had a fantastic time. The house was big enough to accomodate all 14 of us (age 1.5 to 70 years of age) and the outdoor space was great with a very kid friendly pool and pickle ball court that we really enjoyed. We ate all our meals outside on the big terrace, something you could do as there were no bugs; in the evenings, we enjoyed a large roof terrace with spectacular views so all in all a great time. The property managers, Myra and Mike, were very responsive."

"We had a FANTASTIC stay at the Paki Maui! You cannot beat the location. We walked to the beach next door and saw turtles and a monk seal! The beach is great for kids to swim. The sunsets were amazing! Parking was easy and the host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely come again! "
