The room was amazing and had everything we needed traveling with our 2 young boys. We will stay here again. Ruben in the pool cafe/bar is the man and he deserves a raise !!!"

"We had a great stay at the Napili Surf Resort. We travel with seniors and kid. The staff are helping and welcolmeing. Everybody is happy. The full kitchen gave us additional option for food. There are 2 restaurants on the beach and Napili market is around the corner. And the resort was very quiet after 8 or 9pm. There are not so many people crowed down on the beach so we enjoyed a calm and relaxed time on the beach either. We will definitely come back. "

"I’m giving this good ratings but I did want to comment on a few issues. Overall, we enjoy this place and it was our 2nd time back. We stayed in room 823. The toilet in the master was not working right and I noticed it right away when we arrived. It had a small bit of water running all the time so it always made noise. My 2nd complaint with this unit was that there were a lot of small/medium size cockroaches all over. I probably killed 15-30 of them but it didn’t seem to make a difference....

"Originally we were checked into a smaller 3rd story room when we believed we were supposed to have a different ground floor. We advised them at check in, and though we would have still had a great vacation in this room, the management quickly remedied the situation and made our stay so much more pleasant. Everyone was so kind and gracious. The property and stay were perfect!"

"The staff were extremely polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Every morning we saw them cleaning the pool, hot tub and grills. They cleaned rooms after checkout and offer a complimentary stay at their nearby sister location for late flights like ours. If given the opportunity I would stay here again! "

"Unit was small, comfortable and well stocked with all needs for a beach visit and cooking. The only drawback was that the AC was a wall unit at one end while the bedroom was at the other. Management gave us a large floor fan which helped lower the bedroom temperature. We rented our older discounted car from Kihei Car Rental which was super efficient. Recommended. "
