Excellent 10/10 The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from responsiveness to concerns, to recommendations on local restaurants and attractions. The rooms are large and well kept, with modern decor. The complimentary full breakfast was very nice. The location is central and very easy to navigate the city from.

Beautiful interior. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the in room sauna and the "emotional " shower was fun. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Wished had time for a message though. We would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Artemisia Domus in the heart of Naples' historic center. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the vibrant streets and local attractions on foot. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start our days. The accommodations were comfortable and provided a relaxing retreat after our adventures. We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was spotless and smelt divine, with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated in a great location. The breakfast was great as well, a lot of choice for a continental breakfast. We would highly recommend a stay here. The best hotel in Naples!

It was our first time visiting Naples, we stayed for 3 nights. We loved our stay, the reception was super nice and also had our room ready to check-in earlier. The hotel is clean, smells goods at the entrance, Our room was clean and it was quiet at night. I felt safe. Free breakfast as well. The hotel is walking distance to any area for a first time visitor. We had to check-out early, they even ask if wanted a breakfast bag prepared for our train trip which was really appreciated. I don't say this often, but I would definitely come back to Artemisia Domus if we ever visit Naples again!

We arrived on a Sunday when most business are closed. This hotel is in a building with other things so you have to buzz to get in. You have a flight of stairs to go up before an elevator to the fourth floor and then you go down two stairs and up 4 or 5 to get to the hotel. Staff was super friendly. The main attractions are within 15 minute walk/funicular ride. They play soft music in the main areas, feels like your at a spa!

It was a lovely property with big, comfortable rooms and helpful, friendly staff. My only complaint is that it was a little difficult to find- so definitely drop a pin on your phone if you go exploring the city. The airport transportation was great though and they found it no problem. The location was excellent for walking around the city. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Chiara at the desk spoke perfect English and was so helpful with walking tours, maps, culture, and restaurant suggestions. She is a gem!

Great place with friendly staff, modern rooms, and amazing breakfast. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I would also highly recommend the massage service. Andrea, the massage therapist comes to your room and gives wonderful massages to help you relax and unwind after a long day of walking around town. Must try!

Excellent location and great staff
We arrived late and the front desk stayed open late to accommodate us. They made sure our stay was perfect and communicated excellently for our two night stay. The location is great with food and bar options near by and a short walk to many of the tourist locations.

Beautiful property on sixthfloor. The street level scene is absolutely crazy - that's central Naples on a weekend night - but once you step inside the complex you're in a different, elegant world.
