Located in the beautiful Briarwood gated community! This neighborhood is safe, quiet & beautifully landscaped to reflect the best tropical getaway experiences Naples has to offer!
Feel free to take the bikes from the garage and tour around the community! If you are traveling around the Naples area it's recommended that you have a rental vehicle or Uber/Taxi as there is limited public transit available in the area.
*Please Note: that the Briarwood community requires an HOA application & associated Fee which grants access to the community amenities – This Fee is Not included in the home rental & must be paid separately upon Booking (Fee is non-refundable) *.
Briarwood Application Fee:
$100 if received more than 20 days prior to occupancy
$200 if received less than 20 days prior to occupancy
$300 if received less than 7 days prior to occupancy
$400 if received on the same day
The HOA application & payment information will be provided once the booking is secured.
Pool & Spa heating:
We charge a flat fee of $25 per day of heating (both pool & spa) to help cover the utilities costs associated.

Please Note: Each property includes an external security camera for the safety of our guests and property. These cameras record to the cloud and send notification when sensing excessive motion, noise, damage, loss of video, and loss of connection. For your privacy, these cameras only view the exterior of the home, and are unmonitored except for cases of excessive alerts, loss of connection, noise complaints, or any post stay review of damage, theft, or other violations of house rules
Any theft, damage, or excessive wear and tear of items from this home will be taken out of the security deposit. Any undisclosed pets or extra guests will result in either a charge of the appropriate fee, or the cancelation of stay without refund. Similarly, house parties or other unapproved gatherings beyond the disclosed number of guests will not be tolerated and may result in cancelation of stay without refund.
Please ensure to follow the Trash/Recycling/waste removal guidelines listed below throughout your stay:
Trash: Monday mornings & Thursday mornings-
All trash items must be secured in trash bags and placed in the green trash bin, no overflow of trash can be present. If you require an additional pick up, please call: (239)-252-2380. You must place your carts curbside no sooner than 6 p.m. the night before and no later than 6 a.m. on collection
day. Carts and materials shall be placed at least three feet from mailboxes and other obstacles. Customer shall remove carts from curbside by 6 a.m on the day after the scheduled service is completed.
Recycling: Monday Mornings-
>Remove all food waste from containers. Fill your container with clean and dry recyclables. Do not bag them. Leave them loose.
>Put your container at your curb on recycling day, leaving three feet of clearance from other objects for automated collection. Containers can be placed curbside before 6 a.m. on collection day, or after 6 p.m. the night before.
