We love the property but wish for 2 things. First is the internet. Anyone staying would like itand for the $$ we are paying it should be available and 2, there should be a notebook with instructions and procedures and keys should be labeled better.

Nice area, cheap owner
If you want peace and quiet and read a book. This is the place. NO INTERNET!! For this price you should get the internet. the blanket had holes in it, I had to buy a frying pan. Just some red flags about the property. Nice place, cheap owner!!

Everything you need is supplied. Only thing missing is the internet. Otherwise very relaxing and quiet. Nice view of nature from the lanai.

March at Hammock Bay
We really enjoyed our time at Hammock Bay. The only thing that was missing was the internet connection so we could watch our granddaughter’s basketball games that were being streamed. The location was very convenient to anything we wanted to do.

Good rental property
This small condo is good for a small family or couple looking for a quiet spot with nice views off the back lanai. The condo was clean and had all the necessities needed for cooking, washing clothes, going to the beach, etc.. Unfortunately, this condo does NOT have WiFi so be prepared to burn through all of your phone data. My girlfriend and I work remotely so we decided to get out of the cold and work in Naples for a month. If wifi is not a big deal to you this is a great condo to rent for a month. The pond in the back has some good fishing but be prepared for alligators to be close by.
