This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage home is located just 3 blocks away from the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach (voted one of the top 10 in the country). The cottage is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated in light 'sea, salt and sand’ colors, with mostly Pottery Barn furniture. Its warm and inviting ambience with many updates, which includes a PRIVATE heated resort style pool and spa, a quiet fenced backyard a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances and granite countertops throughout as well as a screened lanai will leave you feeling right at home. It also delivers appealing amenities such as a flat-screen TV and high speed internet throughout the home. The sun deck features lounge chaises, a teak outdoor dining table seating six as well as a classic one touch original Weber charcoal grill.

Within a short stroll you will find great amenities at ‚The Mercato’ – an outstanding pedestrian-friendly lifestyle center with a dozen diverse eateries among them The Capital Grille, BRAVO!, McCormick & Schmick’s and over 20 upscale retailers. Amazing cute house in a great location

Nice, Clean Cottage Reasonably Close to Beach
We had a nice stay in this very clean cottage. It’s close to Vanderbilt Beach and well-stocked with beach gear. Host communication was great but everything was fine and we didn’t need anything from her.

Marion was very helpful and was quick to respond to any and all questions. Great location in Naples. The house was very clean. The pool and spa were so relaxing, and there were even a bunch of beach accessories to use in the garage that made our trips to the beach with our kids a breeze. We hope to return in the future! We stayed at the white cottage for 3 weeks and highly recommend the property. The locations is perfect with easy walking distance to the beach, a park for kids, and stores. The host was very responsive to any of our questions. The house is well equipped and our kids loved the pool. Do not hesitate to book.

Great rental
We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house was in an excellent location and came as advertised. We enjoyed how close the house was to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The only suggestion I could make is it would have been nice if there was a propane bbq. We would definitely rent this house again.
