The Blue Pearl - A Brand New completely renovated Upscale Vacation Rental with a spectacular glass tile, oversized heated pool and spa and completely fenced in back yard! Once you are here you will not want to leave.

This pristine home offers a a beautiful Master King Bedroom with a walk-in closet, private master bathroom with dual sinks and separate door directly to the pool. It features a guest room with a Queen Bed and a second guest room with 2 Twin Beds perfect for families, kids and friends. In addition the Living room is equipped with a high-end sleeper sofa thus accommodating up to 8 people comfortably.

The Blue Pearl has a fully stocked Brand New Kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and high-end bar chairs for direct dining. The Living room features a contemporary dining and living room area with a huge new LED TV and fireplace.... and wait until you go outside.

The entire home is fenced in for complete privacy to give you a peaceful retreat and the perfect setting to watch the sun set over this southern exposure while enjoying the large outdoor area including the immaculate heated glass tile pool and spa featuring blue night light, outdoor shower and BBQ!

A perfect combination of love and design flow harmonious through out this wonderful vacation rental which is located only 1 mile to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park and only 1.5 miles to the entertainment area of Mercato which features exquisite Shops, Events on the Lawn, British Pub, Blue Martini, Cavo Lounge and any many more bars and restaurants while having 2 Publix, Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Walmart also all within a 2 mile radius. You can also enjoy a pristine sunset cocktail or dinner at one of the luxury Beachfront establishments such as the Turtle Club, the Ritz Carlton Hotel or at La Playa.

Spacious and clean home!
Everything in the house was very organized light, clean, declutter and just beautifully decorated for our taste. The kitchen had all the amenities pots and utensils that we needed to cook a home. And the laundry room was also loaded with detergent and other cleaning supplies. The neighborhood was very quiet and very close to the beach. Unfortunately The beach was close due to hurricane Milton, But we are definitely coming back next summer to the Blue Pearl Home.

Best part of Naples
Staying at this place was the best part of our visit to Naples. The house is new, super clean and has everything you could possibly need. Loved the bed in the owners suit. And of course nothing beats hanging out in the heated pool. Thomas was super responsive during our stay. The beach is 3 minutes away by car. Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful home in fabulous location
Fun family holiday in a lovely home conveniently located next to beautiful beaches, restaurants, malls and nature. The pool is large for the area and so was great for swimming and we loved the hot tub. The home is managed exceptionally well by Thomas who responded immediately to any needs.

We had a wonderful time here at the Blue Pearl! We spent the entire week in the amazing pool/hot tubs, which was very private! Minutes away from shops! Host was very accommodating and was very helpful with any issue we had. Look forward to staying there again!
