Awesome place! Room was large, comfortable, and well appointed. Owner friendly and helpful. View from the room was wonderful as was the little balcony. Breakfast is offsite and pastries were fresh, hot, and homemade! Parking close by and very walkable, parking lot attendants were friendly and helpful. Dining options very close by and food was excellent.

Its a nice hotel in a prime location, right on the waterfront of Baia. The rooms are large, with a full bathroom and kitchen en-suite, and there is air conditioning in each unit, its very clean too. Some of the difficulty is that the WIFI did not work (even after rebooting it), the TV was not connected to any service (not even local channels for news), there were a lot of mosquitos, the check-out time is early, and there is no reception staff to accept bags before check-in time, and they are very slow to respond to any email requests or meeting times.

It was not what expected. The access to the room smelled bad, with no light. The room was never cleaned in my 4 night stay. It was connected with another room with a closet door tha you could hear the noise of the other guests. Not worth the price, nethir the expedia rating.

Nice location but very poor communications with host. I kept asking for information about the room, finally was given instructions by messenger how to get into the building and was told to take keys for the room “La Pinta”. But when we got there found there were no keys for that room. Tried calling, messaging with no response. After an hour or so, met another couple and they said they had been given the keys to “La Pinta”. After waiting some more, finally took some keys to a different room, hoping no one else had booked it. Kept trying to call and message host but with no response ever. Definitely the worst “service” I have had.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und das Personal uberaus freundlich. Wir waren nur eine Nacht für einen Zwischenstopp dort. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre die Umgebung für uns nicht geeignet.

Right on the beach front, very peaceful and veey cosy. The room was very big, very clean and we had a view of the roman ruins at rhe back. The room had a closet for hanging clothes, refrigerator and tv. The b&b host was hospitable, made sure we were comfortable and helped to arrange a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The driver was friendly and really helpful, when we got to the accommodation he took our luggage inside and helped us check in.

What a find this place was .. met by the owner ( who was an extremely helpful and pleasant guy ) who sorted out the keys, once it we were blown away with the size and quality of the room but also the view over the port, Vesuvius and beyond.. 5stars from me .. would recommend

We had a problem with the Wifi Alex tried to fix it but he had to get a technician in and then it was all ok and proved to be a fast internet connection. The apartment was spacious and in an ideal position, with a great view. It would have been nice to have tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink when we arrived. We know where to stay when next in Baia.

La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione, sul porticciolo di Baia. Apri le finestre e vedi le barche con in lontananza il Vesuvio. Ottimo, proprio come da immagine. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. All'uscita del B&B ci sono diversi ristoranti e bar nel caso si volesse stare in zona e non muoversi. Bacoli e Cuma sono ad un passo. Si usufruisce della colazione presso il Bar "Velò" a 50 mt, carino con ottime briosche. Unico problema è il parcheggio. Di fronte alla struttura è a pagamento (strisce blu) altrimenti a 50mt c'è un parcheggio convenzionato (5€ la mattina o pomeriggio o la notte). Ma visto gli spazi, in tutte le zone (Baia, Bacoli, Cuma etc.) è così. Giudizio sicuramente positivo
