During winter, 4WD may be necessary. We will always do our best to have the driveway plowed, but this property is at the very top of a mountain and winter conditions have been known to make it difficult to drive up the mountain.
The house is located in the mountains, so occasional wildlife is inevitable. It is not out of the norm to see deer, turkeys, red tail hawks, foxes, eagles or other animals. It goes without saying, but please do not try to pet or feed the wildlife.
There is a section of the house that is closed off to guests, you still have access to over 6500 square feet of the home.
The pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The liner was just replaced in the pool and it makes the pool look slightly different than in photos.
There are exterior cameras on the property at the entrance and over the pool area.
The 7 person Hot Tub pictured works great, but there are 2 other Hot Tubs on the property that are not in working order.
