The staff was exceptional! They went above and beyond for us. The room was very clean and we had fresh towels every day. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Napoli!

El hotel está en una peatonal con lo cual si vas con maletas grandes es un problema porque los taxis no llegan a la puerta sino a 200 metros aprox, cuando llegas es como una Gran Fábrica que da miedo … y dices donde me aloje .. luego la habitación y el hotel en si que está dentro de un complejo medio feo está muy bien … obviamente no es lo que esperaba, habitación limpia pero el lugar en si no es un hotel de los clásicos.

Nice place, great location
I liked this place, staff were very friendly and we were offered cold water and/or coffee upon arrival. Keys are a bit sticky in the street entry door and door to the hotel inside. Also, this hotel is located on the second floor and has a small, slow lift (not uncommon in Italy in my experience). Lighting in the rooms was able to be cycled through normal and coloured ambient lighting which was nice and relaxing. Room was spacious and had a balcony, air con worked well. One big negative was the shower in our room, it was missing the door and so water ended up getting all over the bathroom floor when showering. The water pressure was not great either and shower head seemed to be somewhat faulty, i.e. water not coming out of all the holes. Aside from the issues with the shower, this was a nice place and has an ultra convenient location on the main strip with the subway stop right out front. Included breakfast was decent. Also had filtered water available. Would stay again.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist Fluch und Segen zugleich, das Viertel bietet alles an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die man sich nur wünschen kann. Abends und nachts ist es aber leider oft laut. Wir würden die Unterkunft trotzdem jederzeit wieder buchen.
