Highly recommended

Can’t recommend this place highly enough, great location and whilst staff not on site, respond swiftly to queries on the WhtsApp number. Located near the Spanish quarter and Castello Nuovo, it’s a great place to explore from. Breakfast in the form of croissants is provided but there are supermarkets and plenty of places to eat local to it. Definitely recommended by us!

We spent one night in Napoli city inn while travelling through Naples. The service was excellent. We were shown to our rooms late at night after our flight was delayed. The communication was good and the hotel very clean and comfortable.

I have never stayed at a bed and breakfast, but for my first time it wasn’t bad. The owner was very communicative, friendly & helpful. There are a lot of places to shop and eat around the area and transportation is near by. The bathrooms are outside the room, but I did not have a problem with that.I would book this place again.

It was a very nice stay. The location is convenient and the hotel was super clean. Cleanness is my first priority when I book hotels overseas. The host was also very nice, polite, responsive and chill. Only down side was that the street was loud all night. Although, I believe it will be the same nevertheless where in central Naples you stay. Overall highly recommended for people looking for clean, safe and affordable stay.

Very close to the station and ‘good’ currency exchange right across the main street(5min walk). You get to have a private bathroom in a separate room and it’s quite huge. The hostess was really nice and this place is a MUST if you’re visiting central Napoli.

Very well located, safe, spacious and clean. Friendly staff. There's a late checkin fee of 20€ after 9pm that you need to be aware of. The bathroom is outside the room but its exclusive to you.

Stayed only one night in this charming b&b. Anna was super accommodating and friendly. She allowed us to check in early which was awesome! The bathroom and bedroom area was very clean, and great views of the bustling city below. We would stay here again if we traveled back to Napoli.

You can’t beat the location. Very close to everything- port , tourist attractions, everything is 10 mis walk away at most. First we were surprised it is more air bnb style , something we avoid and don’t like, but the host went above and beyond to please us and made it feel like a better than hotel experience, so we left very happy. He serves great breakfast at the time you wish and has many options to choose from. It is probably the cleanest place we have been in , everything was spotless and the mattresses were great and soft. Strongly recommend to stay there.

Napoli City Inn B&B itself is very clean and nice. What we loved the most was Anna’s hospitality. She is very nice and hospitable! We communicated before we arrived, we anticipated to arrive a bit early than check in time and she informed us that she will be able to accommodate us sooner. Our check in was fast and easy. She even put out some milk amd orange juice for our two kids. Anna communicated daily to ask what time we would like to have breakfast. We only had breakfast at the property once and she prepared a very nice and filling breakfast! Thank you Anna! The room itself was very clean and spacious. We are a family of four including a 13 year old daughter and 11 year old son. It was also very clean! However, if noise bothers you, this is not the place for you. The walls are very thin and you will hear the street noise loud and clear. The two nights we stayed, I heard fighting outside, breaking bottles, and I can hear our neighbors not because that they were being loud but just poor acoustics. I am sure they can hear us too. The bathrooms are outside the rooms. Each room had an assigned private bathroom which was a bit inconvenient and like I said, you will hear people walking down the hallway and entering and exiting the bathrooms, etc. The general area is in a convenient location, near restaurants, stores, etc. If noise is okay, then we recommend staying here.

Napoli city inn is a fun gem right in the middle of Via Toledo and Piazza Municipio. The 3 bed 3 bath inn is immaculately kept and it's a nice retreat from the chaos around the city. The staff is pretty responsive, which is great considering no one is actually on site unless they have to check you in. This is not a problem though. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.
