Our check-in experience at this property was extremely unpleasant. From the outset, we felt unsafe. The person who welcomed us appeared to be visually impaired and couldn't even read our booking number from our phone. His role was unclear—he handed us the room keys and then disappeared. After he left, the entire lobby was left in darkness, as he had turned off the lights. Both the neighborhood and the property felt unsafe. One of our rooms had a strong, pervasive smell of cigarette smoke that wouldn’t dissipate, even with the windows open. The lobby also reeked of sewage, making the entire environment unbearable. It’s hard to believe anyone could stay here, and I now question the authenticity of the glowing Google reviews. In fact, they called me a "big liar" in response to my review on Google, which is shocking and unacceptable. I strongly believe Napoli Suites should be reconsidered for inclusion on the Orbitz platform. This property is not up to the standard I have come to expect from Orbitz.

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. It was walking distance to everything we needed. The receptionist was excellent. He had a map with many points of interest marked down for us. He also reserved our airport taxi for us for early morning. I loved the old style building with the beautiful door, and stairs going up and was thrilled to have the lift option for our luggage. I highly recommend this place.

Great place
Great stay. There was a problem with my reservation because of Hotels.com. Alex at the hotel was very proactive to get it fixed. He saved my vacation. The hotel is small but very nice. I definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean rooms, but absolutely nothing fancy or "Italian " about them. Quite modern but very plain. Rooms open right into the reception area and this can be noisy at times. Thank goodness they have soundproof windows and a quiet AC unit! as the street is one of the main streets in Napoli and extremely noisy! Breakfast is as continental as they come: yogurts, 2 kids of cereal (one is chocolate something), some bananas for fruit, juices, hard-boiled eggs, cooked ham, and processed cheese slices (I would think that this would be sacrilegious in Italy!). They did have some nice local pastry though, but didn't even have croissants on our first of 3 mornings there. They do need to step up their Italian breakfast! The cappuccino was not bad. Having a lift was very good. Area of town was not great. A lot of migrants and the streets are filthy! It must have been a nice area once. Too bad because it's so close to the train station. Would suggest paying a bit more and going further into the main area of Napoli.

No staff, we need to pay for elevator, it was included parking but the parking is far and u need to pay 20 €. And was located in a bad location, not nice to walk alone and in nights. the room was cute and clean but other then that nothing good about it

Good location
Location of this property is unbeatable. Very close to train station and walking to most to city center. Price is unbelievably cheap. Only issue I had was for paying city tax. They didn’t accept credit card during stay and said to pay during check out. We checked out early when no one was at the desk to pay the city tax. They started calling post check out and I ended up giving my CC details on phone which wasn’t preferred but had no option.

Perfect place for a one night stopover. Very helpful staff, reasonable breakfast. Ordered a car for us to the airport which arrived exactly on time. The only issue I had were the stairs, quite a challenge with cases. There was an ancient lift that you had to put money in to work it, which we couldn't work out how to use! But overall a very good stay.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The cleanliness and safety were of a major concern for us, especially as to what the site advertised. The check-in clerk was especially rude. We arrived at 4:30pm (check-in is at 12) and were told our room was not yet ready. Advertise correctly as we would’ve chosen a different place to stay had we known we wouldn’t have been able to check in during a specific window. I’ve tried to email the hotel many times requesting a refund, as we did not stay due to the unsatisfactory conditions.

Nice secure BB close to Napoli Centrale
Pleasantly surprised to find this nice quiet place in amongst the busy surroundings. The only difficulty we had was finding it as we missed the plaque showing the business and my map of the net made it look a bit further than it actually was. Found it by looking at the address number. Very close to train station. The front counter man was very helpful and secured us a driver to help us visit some tourist sites. Would recommend it as a safe, clean place particularly as I was travelling with kids.

Hotel 5mins walk from Napoli Centrale station.
The plus for staying here is the proximity to the train station. Handy to get the Alibus to the airport which is only 10 minutes bus ride away from the train station. The neighbourhood is a bit ropey so I made sure to check in during the day rather than in the evening and I did not go out either in the evening either. The room was very noisy as you could hear next doors occupants bathing in the shower etc later in at night. The noise from the busy street was loud as there was some sort of football match going on and supporters banging drums and letting off firecrackers well into the night. Breakfast was adequate starting at 7:30 am and NOT before as was made plain by the chap at reception. It was not great quality consisting of some dry cake and fruit tart, cereal, yoghurt and disgusting white sliced bread. Luckily there was fette biscottate with butter and jam and the cappuccino was excellent. The promised croissants never materialised. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom with shower head over the tub had lovely hot water. For me the proximity of the accommodation to the train station was the most important thing for planning my journey.

Good clean, cosy hotel close to train station and old city. It is only small hotel with 3 three rooms. As it is on Main Street was slightly noisy. Enzo was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is new and quite clean. We enjoyed eating dinners purchased at nearby grocery stores out on the terrace. The staff member who served breakfast was especially friendly and helpful and we appreciated having his assistants ce. However, we also missed having someone at the desk or in the facility during evenings and nights when guests were on their own without even an emergency contact number. Fortunately there were no difficulties so we didn't need to contact hotel staff. The location near the Central station is convenient but it's also nearby areas which did not appear safe.

Ok place if on a budget
Wifi wasn't working. Found an insect in the washroom. Room was right outide the lobby, we were woken up from yelling from another guest who was arguing with the front desk. However, staff was kind enough to allow us to use their washrooms, store our luggage and charge our phobed after checkout.

Good location and clean room
Overall, the hotel is satisfactory. Clean room, good price, good location to the station, privacy, etc. One thing that I did not like was noise. It is next to a big road which made huge traffic noise over night. I was not bothered much, but my wife could not sleep well.
