The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, full gourmet kitchen open to a large living room, 2 dining areas and a custom beauty bar. The property includes a salt water (non-heated) pool, outdoor dining, lounging and a BBQ grill. Perfect for capturing photos and catching the sun.

The bedrooms/bathroom layout consists of:
• Bedroom/Bathroom 1: Master Bedroom with a King bed, 55 inch smart, 4K
LED TV.
En suite bathroom with a floating vanity, Carrara marble shower with dual
rainfall shower heads in a frameless glass shower enclosure.

• Bedroom/Bathroom 2: Queen bed with a 55" LED TV located off the main
living space, next to the shared bathroom with a Carrara marble shower.

• Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with a desk inside of the room for private working
space.

• Bedroom 4: 2 full size beds

• Bedroom 5: 2 full size beds
