Great location, fantastic room and view, pleasant staff! Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. We had an issue with our air conditioning unit, but the temperatures were cool enough that it wasn’t a big deal. We’d definitely stay here again!

Duomo house is a very clean property in great location. The staff was very attentive and informative they helped us book our cabs and provided good suggestions for food around. They have an elevator u might miss it if u don't look for it.The breakfast spread was very tasty and fresh don't miss the orange juice.

We had an amazing time in the Duomo house located in the historical center of Naples. The best thing about this place is the exceptional quality of service! Lorenza was so thoughtful and helpful, especially with making travel arrangements and making us feel welcome! The room is well appointed with amazing views of the Duomo! Certainly the hotel to stay in when visiting Naples!

Great place to stay, not too far from the station (20 min. walk). Nice room, spacious, very comfortable bed. Clean throughout. The breakfast buffet was just right and enjoyed on the roof-top terrace. Complimentary tea/coffe, cakes and biscuits available at all times. Super-friendly staff, very helpful with check-in and usefull advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this would be first choice on visiting Naples again.

We ended our Italy trip with 3 days in Naples and we choose to Duomo House. Best decision ever made. The property is 20 min walkable distance to almost every landmark in Naples. It is also close to some of the best pizzerias in town. The stay in itself was very comfortable and the kitchen stocked. You might have read that breakfast in Italy is nothing but coffee & few pastries. While it is true wherever we saw, it wasn't the case at the Duomo house. They had some meat, cake options and everyday, they also have a savory pie or quiche for the breakfast. Rooms were also spacious and clean. Staff very kind and always helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, a bit hard to find the hotel entrance. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone requiring parking. Parking runs 45€/night at nearby garages and the arrival/departure from this area of downtown by car is not for the faint of heart. Would return without a car.

When we first came to the outside of hotel we were worried because downstairs it was dark. But when we took the elevator up we were happy because the apartment was very modern and clean. Elisa welcomed us and she was the most kind person we have ever interacted with in this trip. She explained everything to us, what we can do in Napoli, she took care of us really good. The room we had was very clean, great space, and great view. There is nothing to complain about. Even the people who took care of the breakfast was soo kind, this was the best experience of service we had in Italy and we have been in Rome and Positano and Napoli. I really recommend this place!! It is also close to the city as well
