A large, screened lanai is ready to welcome breezy outdoor living with features including two dining tables and a gas grill. There's even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after days at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the home's convenient location leaves you less than three miles from the sand and surf. 5th Avenue shops, bars, and restaurants are just over a mile away.

Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase scenic exterior views while also creating strong natural lighting throughout the interior. When you're not lounging by the pool, plush sofas and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. Each bedroom also comes equipped with its own smart TV for added flexibility and comfort. The spacious full kitchen comes equipped with everything you'll need to easily plan and prepare home-cooked meals. The upstairs primary includes a large private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
