"Approach road very narrow and 11 Kms from Main road. No WiFi at hotel. Mobile connectivity not there. Walkie Talkie is provided for communication with staff. Safety is a major concern. No senior staff was there throughout our stay. Service is very good,which is one of the few plus points."

"Out start at Club Mahindra Madikeri was good. Housekeeping was prompt if you called in them for anything. However in the 2 night stay our room was never cleaned once. Food was average. Breakfast was the best of the meals. All precaution regarding masks, physical distancing, sanitization etc were taken. "
