"This was our first stay at the Cove Lakeside Resort and we will be back. The resort is very pet friendly and there are plenty of walking trails. Front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful as are the other roaming staff members. Our first floor, pet friendly room with a walk out patio suite had a comfortable king bed, kitchen, dining/living area, one and half bathrooms was very spacious, but the furniture, carpet is dated and the electric fireplace is only for ambiance (no heat). The resort was surprisingly quiet at this time of year. The gym is adequate for simple workouts. The outdoor pool was not open for obvious winter weather, but the hot tub is a nice spot to relax in. I went to the on-site spa for a simple pedicure, the staff and the environment are also pleasant to relax in. Thank you. "

"We had a great first stay at TownePlace. Their staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival and departure. The hotel is clean and modern with a well thought out layout. The dining room had plenty of seating with a nice little bar. We didn’t use the pool but it appeared nice and had a water slide. The breakfast was better than most hotels with a good variety of items. Overall, it was a great stay and we would certainly be back when visiting Kelowna and fully recommend anyone to stay here. "
