From thoroughly cleaning my room each day (more than is typical at a hotel) to making sure my bed was heated at night, they were attentive to all my needs. Third, the breakfast buffet was great. They also augmented it with some Nepali cuisine cooked to order. The only negative is that I seemed to have an allergic reaction to something in the room that caused me to sneeze quite a bit. "
