In fenced and secure community, independent villa. With 2 complete bedrooms: sleeping for 3 in child bedroom with television, 1 large bed for a couple in another bedroom. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs for optimum comfort and bathroom with shower and toilet; downstairs you will find a living room, a kitchen, a 30 sqm terrace on which it is possible to eat, equipped with an electric shutter that closes itself in case of strong wind. In the living room area there is a television, and a sofa that you can convert easily to sleep 2 people; the apartment has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a vitro ceramic plate and a built-in barbecue on the terrace. 2 deckchairs, swing seat, fenced garage and parking.

Très bon séjour Maison très agréable, bien équipé, bien situé, propre dans cartier calme La propriétaire est très accessible ´, agréable et arrangeante car plusieurs problème avec le site Abritel pour les règlements non résolu par les personnes que l on a au telephone.

Maison très calme, très propre et surtout bon couchage. Dommage que les placards ne soient pas aménagés. Attention, nous n'avions pas d'accès au garage. La terrasse est très spacieuse mais sujet au vent latéral.

Bonnes vacances
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans une maison agréable, calme et sympa. L’accueil pour la remise des clés a été bon et la personne en charge a été accueillante et serviable. La maison est propre et bien équipée et relativement conforme à l’annonce. Parmi les points négatifs, nous avons noté : - Le matelas de la chambre double est complètement HS entrainant un mal de dos pour l’ensemble des vacances (importance de bien dormir pendant les vacances) ; - Le filtre de la hotte est à changer à intervalle régulier. En l’état nous n’avons pas pu nous en servir car c’était pire avec que sans ; - Le lave vaisselle ne chauffe plus et ne lave plus ; - Contrairement à l’annonce nous n’avons ni place privative ni garage ce qui peut poser problème en période de forte affluence ; - Contrairement à l’emplacement sur la carte, la maison n’est pas située en centre ville mais vers l’extérieur (20 min à pieds des commerces), à l'opposé du port. Si ces quelques points négatifs sont pris en compte, la maison serait vraiment super et nous la recommanderions.

J' ai passer de tres mauvaise vacances. Ont a ètè acceuillis par lagence dans un garage 2 traiteaux une planche et 15 clès dessus dont les notre et ont ma remis pour commencer une ampoule a la main pour changer donc pas d'ètat des lieux..... Le Frgidaire ne fonctionnais pas donc du Samedi au Lundi toutes mes courses a la poubelles imaginez!! L'hygiéne horrible ont a tout nètoyer avec les enfants la salles de bains les tiroirs gras jaune au lieu de blanc .....le rideaux dans la cuisine a terte dans la chambre adultes cest simple il y en avais pas et la panderie sur roulette casser. Jen passe j'pris des photos jai ecris 5 pages A4 a la propriétaire mais rien. Moi javais même fais un chéque davance pour le nètoyage c'un comble. La propriètaire met ça sut le dos de lagence et cette derniére dis l'inverse. Je vais pas en rester la puisque personne ma ecris en tetours de mon vècue avec deux enfants. Si il y a pas un dèdomagement a lamiable jai contacter certainres personnes qui mont dis en voyant les photos et leurs expliquand faller au boit puisque personne ne ma repondu. Voila mes 15 joits passer par contre dans une belle villa mais dans quel condition!!! Faut voir mais le silence des responsable est enervznt comme si cela avais ètè normal.......

Villa am Meer
Superschöne Zeit in der "Villa am Meer und in den Bergen". Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet. Am besten gefallen hat uns die riesige Terrasse zum Grillen & Chillen an tollen Sommerabenden. Zu Fuß zum Strand, mit dem Fahrrad zum Markt und eine gute Betreuung vor Ort lassen keine Wünsche mehr offen. Merci
