5/5 Excellent
Big room, comfy beds, convenient to beach
"Just one night here but it was excellent. Got an early check-in at 1pm. Easy walk to the beach, which was a great temperature and had good waves for boogie boarding and body surfing (not enough for true surfing). Indoor pool was handy when a thunderstorm blew through in the afternoon. Our room had 2 king beds, was very big and plenty of room for our family of 4. Parking was covered underneath the rooms, bonus was charging station in the parking lot for our EV."

"Absolutely wonderful! Great location, wonderful property. Walkable to so many wonderful restaurants and shops. Safe parking. The marina is full of beautiful boats…. Fire pit, so many Adirondack chairs to sit and relax… we were on the first floor which I normally don’t like BUT IT WAS GREAT! A slider to access the outside was a definite plus! I will stay here again! Keep in mind, Newport is a very active place with live music and a LOT of people of ALL ages so it was noisy into the night. It is to be expected and if you know it going in, just enjoy the energy! "

"For it being in an older building (built 1835!) this was a wonderful stay. Very clean and unique. Definitely plan on staying again! Good location as well. "
