"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house and can't wait to return. I've rarely seen such wonderful design in a house, let alone a property on VRBO. Everything was incredibly high quality. Fiona was across the way in the main house and was so helpful. My kiddos loved playing on the lawn and running through the beautiful property. We only live 45 minutes away but this felt like a real vacation. "

"The main reason we selected this property was the lake. Thats the cover picture for this place and a lot of photos touch on it. Its even called the lakefornt cottage, i believe. That is the only reason we selected this place. Much to our dismay, when we arrived inthe lake. We are from Texas so if this happens every winter, we have no idea. We wish the host would have told us this as we had planned activities around the lake. The water also smelled like metal when I showered or washed my hands. I...

"We enjoyed our stay and Janel was very responsive which we appreciated. The house was well appointed and our son especially enjoyed the children’s room with a “secret”closet full of books and toys. "

"We were looking for a place in the Boston area for our short term mission team. We wanted to be together and this home offered us that opportunity. It was clean and laid out well. It housed our group of ten. Plenty of beds and baths. Good kitchen and the host was so welcoming. We even got to use the grill in the large outdoor space. I highly recommend this property."

"Fairly new house on the pond. Little sand beach. Canoe, paddle board and kayaks (need new/more paddles). Spacious. Large, well appointed and supplied modern kitchen. Nice master suite. Only one bathroom on ground floor for 3 bedrooms. Plenty of bench seating on deck facing lake, but could use use some chairs with cushions. "

"I booked this property for my group leaders while they attended the Northeast regional conference. The ladies thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would be happy to stay there again. It is easy to locate off of Rt 3 and convenient to Main Street and downtown Nashua. AND within walking distance to Haywards Ice Cream!"

"This is a perfect place to stay. Equipped with everything you would need in an efficency rental. A few minutes from UMass Lowell. And less than 2 miles to the Tsongas Arena. Everything was clean and presentable. I thought being so close to UMass it might be noisey with traffic. It wasnt. Nice quiet side street. If we need to go to Tsongas Arena again I will definitely stay at this place again. "

"We stayed at this house dir a quick trip into Boston fir a show at Berkeley. It was easy to get to. Right off the highway. Clean and looks like the pictures. The only thing was that a half a cake was left in the frig. No biggie as we had little groceries. Would definitely stay there again we little to put it. "

"Everything was great, a few suggestions, maybe provide more towels, maybe some shelving in the bathrooms to put stuff on it was pretty sparse. Otherwise we enjoyed are stay and would come back again. Thank You"

"This was our second time renting this house. We love the location and everything about it. We have a large family and the house is more than big enough for everyone and the lake is beautiful."

"The space was clean and comfortable. It's on a somewhat busy road but it's not too loud. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that there's no way to do any cooking, there's only a mini fridge and a microwave. There's not a toaster or even a cutting board for chopping fruit/veggies. Besides this, it was an easy and comfy stay."

"Our visit was short but absolutely wonderful. Our host had thought of everything - coffee, tea, pancake mix, eggs, and a ton of other goodies that made us feel absolutely spoiled. We spent every moment possible enjoying the porch and overlooking the river. Bedding, furniture, and amenities were all incredible. We all wished we could have stayed much longer and would book again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back in the area."

"This rental was a perfect home away from home to have our granddaughter visit us during our stay. The house is clean and has plenty of space to entertain our guests. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub on our first night there, and it felt great after our long drive up. When it was time for bed, the upstairs master suite awaiting us had a roomy and very relaxing bed with soft large pillows and a fluffy comforter.
