We enjoyed our stay at 1111 Church. Short walk to Broadway and the building itself was extremely safe, needing a key at every door and elevator. We took advantage of the sauna and gym and I love that there were so many amenities and the building itself was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location as close to everything but quiet too! Place was so clean! Needed a bath mat and more eating utensils but it wasn’t a big deal overall. Bakery downstairs was amazing and everyone at desk was so welcoming! Safe area! Would highly recommend!

Overall: would stay here again. Large apartment and the location was the best. Easily walkable to broadway and the gulch. Beds were comfy. The only thing I’d say is it could use a good cleaning. I could tell towels, bedding and garbages were changed between stays along with sweeping/vacuum. But the sinks, showers and surfaces could use a good scrub. Check in and out was very easy.

Property was great and a perfect base for touring the city. 10 minute walk to hit the trolley tour. We spent 4 days and will certainly look for availability on our next trip to Nashville. The only issue was goggle directions. There is an upper and lower church street and access to the parking garage is off the upper church. Google hower will only guide you to lower Church.

Excellent location...close to Broadway and Music Row (the Gulch)...very walkable; we could not have picked a better location. The condo was clean and comfortable. Hairdryer was not listed in the "Amenities", but they do have hairdryers. If your maps app lands you below the overpass for 1111 Church, know that you are at the correct building, just not the right level. Entrance to the parking garage for residents is on the overpass just next to Paris Baguette. The rest of the directions they provided to us were correct for the Keysafe access. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a good location. Very cute and clean. The keys were definitely nice like a hotel. The pool area was cool and clean... The only thing that could have been better was the hot water.. we would run out after one shower so we would have to wait so the next person could get a hot shower

Absolutely phenomenal stay!! I have never been to Nashville and enjoyed my stay very much. They had a blow dryer, super clean sheets, fresh towels and a brand new washer and dryer. I was communicating with the property management via Expedia and they replied very fast to me. I needed to add a parking pass and asked for more toilet paper. Everything was delivered very promptly! Sugar was the one who replied most to my messages and I’m very grateful. Do note it’s about a 15-20 min walk to broadway but better to stay here because it’s quiet. Would rather walk than be up all night by staying closer to the downtown area

Was a little skeptical. Didn’t get the email for the check in process till after I arrived. There was no phone number to contact the property and thankfully the security guard was there and gave me the number. The apartment had a very faint smell of wet dog after it rained but all in all it was a very beautiful place and quiet which I valued for this trip. I would definitely stay here again aside from the initial issues.

Overall I truly enjoyed my stay here. This was a solo trip & I rented the one bedroom. The pool was perfectly located and pretty quiet. Very relaxing. Communication with property was excellent from start to finish (which I had read people had struggled with). Check in and check out is super easy. Minimal staff but everyone was always kind & helpful. Checked on me whenever I walked by. Rooms super clean & comfortable. Kitchen is awesome and they supplied dishes, pans, silverware, etc. 10/10 for that. Bathroom is okay. The shower doesn’t have a door or curtain so water splashes all over bathroom floor. Be sure to use a big towel to step out due to that. Very chic look but not great design in my opinion for a shower. Living room is very cozy and honestly I don’t think this building has a bad view. Everywhere I walked through our and every level was a stunning view all day and night. Black out curtains help for sleeping in and trapping heat out. A/c was great and easy to operate. It is a bit of a walk to Broadway about 30 min walk to get to popular bars. 15 min to Bridgestone arena. But there is typically scooters outside for you to download an app and ride down cutting down the time. Usually about $6 to ride to broadway. Overall I would definitely stay here again & highly recommend it to others/friends venturing to Nashville.

The property worked perfect for us. It was new, fresh and modern. We loved that it was walking distance to Broadway and the Gulch area. There were a number of unique amenities at the property including music room and golf simulator. Staff were responsive and friendly. Definitely would stay there again.

Very nice property. Communication was very nice and checkin was easy. It was a nice area to stay in, and we could walk to most places within 10-15 minutes. The only down fall to the apartment was the shower. There is no door on it, just a small partition wall, so water gets everywhere. Overall it was great though.
