Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, this unique property is offered for reservations up to 10 people & even includes 10 separate beds to sleep in (see set-up below)! That’s right, you can organize a great trip to Nashville with all of your friends & stay together in one location without the expense of Hotel rates.

This property features 3 spacious bedrooms with King or Queen beds, a twin bunk in each upstairs bedroom and en-suite bathrooms. Additional sleeping arrangements are found on the 2x full size sleeper sofa’s in the living room, 1x full sleeper sofa in the games room and we even keep a spare blow up mattresses in the closet if folks prefer not to share beds.
The whole house has been renovated, featuring a variety of hardwood, tile and stained concrete flooring. The kitchen is tremendously well equipped with everything you need to eat in and entertain. An island with barstool seating and a spacious dining area allows your entire group to hang out and have food and drinks together and when you are ready to wind down and play some games, head down to the converted garage that has been finished out as a brilliant games room. In this great hang out space, you can relax on the sleeper sofa in-front of the flat screen tv, enjoy a game of mini-foosball, challenge each other to a game of pool or pour yourself a drink from the full size fridge and bar.
There is a laundry room in the home should you need to wash your clothes while visiting and it is equipped with an iron & board, hairdryers and shower gels etc for your convenience. Within the community there is a nice covered area to eat and grill outside should you decide to whip up some steaks or burgers at home!
Alternatively, 'Husk' one of Nashville's premier restaurants is literally next door.

Please note that there is limited parking onsite and at the street and it is first come first served. There is a gated section where a key fob to open said gate can be accessed once you arrive and it is located in the kitchen drawer (please always make sure it is returned). This section can accommodate one car for your group and any other will be reliant on street parking.

You can walk to everything in Downtown Nashville within a few minutes. If you are attending a concert at Bridgestone Arena, The Schermerhorn Symphony Hall or The Ascend Amphitheater, it's all just a few minutes walk from your door. If your team is playing The Tennessee Titans or The Nashville Predators then you can avoid all the game time traffic and simply walk to the stadiums in no time at all.

Walking is the easiest, but uber and lyft is ideal too.

Bedroom 1 = King bed plus optional air mattress. It is en-suite with walk-in shower. (Sleeps up to 3 people on 2 beds)
Bedroom 2 = Queen bed plus Twin bunk beds. It is en-suite with walk-in shower. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 3 beds)
Bedroom 3 = Queen bed plus Twin bunk beds. It is en-suite with tub/shower combo. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 3 beds)
Living Room = 2 x Full size Futons. (Sleeps up to 2 people on 2 beds)
Games Room = 1 x Full size Futon. (Sleeps one person on 1 bed)
