Cozy!
I rented this home for myself and my adult daughter since it’s just a few miles from Franklin and we wanted to be close to all the cuteness DTF has to offer with the shops and restaurants. This home is already cozy,with a great combo of new modern furniture mixed with older antiques.But they had it all decorated with a Christmas tree and decorations in every room which made it even more special. Great quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds! It was a cold weekend, but the heat worked great so we stayed very warm! We will definitely rent this one again!

This is one of the best VRBO’s That I have stayed in. The home is charming, well lit and inviting. The communication with the owner was great. Exactly as described and more. I would definitely recommend this as one of my all time favorites. The beds are extremely comfortable too!

Great Stay for Our Family
Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and well-decorated home. I appreciated that it felt like real people lived there and cared about the space and environment (compared to some rentals that have the bare minimum from IKEA and wayfair). I wish it were better weather so we could've used the fire pit and hammock. Kitchen supplies were great. We were 4 adults and two kids < 3yrs old.

We really enjoyed the comfort of our stay. The kitchen was nicely appointed. We had everything we needed. A bonus was the neighbors cute little kitten who visited us every time we returned from an outing. Would recommend this home to anyone visiting Franklin.

We enjoyed staying in this home! It's located in a great neighborhood. Quick drive to Publix and many other stores. This home was decorated very nice and the beds are very comfortable. We look forward to staying again in the future when we come back to Franklin.

Quiet neighborhood, well-equipped cozy home!
This Franklin area ranch was a perfect home base for our family's trip to Nashville. Everything was sparkling clean and the hosts have thoughfully provided the little extras that are so helpful to have in a short-term rental: plenty of towels, dishwasher pods, coffee, etc. The sunroom was our favorite place to recharge after we spent our days in the city. Would happily recommend!

Wonderful stay!
We had a great time! The house is perfect, welcoming and comfortable. I have 2 grown boys who really appreciated the king size beds! All the little touches make it feel like home. Location is fantastic. We were back and forth to Franklin in 7 minutes. Heather is a wonderful host. She is kind and takes pride in making sure guests are happy. Highly recommend staying here.

Frankly wonderful
3 adults stayed for a week while attending a horse show at nearby Brownland farm. For us the location was perfect- very quiet neighborhood with easy access to a great grocery store. The house is charming, comfortable and very clean. All three bedrooms have comfortable king beds. We especially loved the three season room with the thoughtful lap blankets and the fire pit surrounded by fairy lights. Already planning to stay here again when we are back next year.
