Staff is absolutely top tier!!!! I'm actually blown away how well we were treated from front desk to management to housekeeping to valet. Genuinely good and fun! We didn't want to leave. Thank you for everything!!!!!!

Property was great and breakfast was amazing. One elevator was broke everyday. At check in my loyalty program number was supposedly inputted but I have not received any loyalty points on the app. I stayed from Tuesday night though Saturday morning check out.

The staff was amazing - friendly and professional - especially Jolene!! Room was clean. Breakfast was great! The singer you had in the bar - Melanie Lenau was amazing!!! Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Nashville.

The Curved shower curtain rod was not horizontal but was broken and hung down thus the shower curtain slid down toward the middle and left a 12" gap at the front and rear of shower / Tub! The water pressure was also extremely light and the worst I've experienced in the last 20 years of staying at hotels.

The property was nice. I think the parking is a little expensive and when I booked my room, it said a standard with a king bed but when I got there, I got a double queen, and she said that was all they had. They should make that clear at booking not when you show up.

We loved the location. We are within walking distance..10-15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go on Broadway. The hotel breakfast was AMaZInG!! The hotel AC was off and some construction was being done.

On my first night at the hotel I had trouble sleeping and after a couple of hours feeling increasingly itchy I came out in several rashes centered around what looked like tiny bite marks all over my body. Upon investigation I found what appeared to be small brown bed bug eggs in the folds and corners of the sheets. The staff were very good in moving me to another room but by the time this had all happened it was 3am which left me absolutely shattered for the first day of an important conference that I was in town for. The next morning I met with the hotel manager who was very reassuring, and seeing how tired I was told me I would be getting a full refund for my stay, but this would take a few weeks to process though Expedia. She asked me to provide the photos and video I had of the eggs and bites which I emailed later that week. This was in July. After 2 months I hadn’t heard anything back so contacted the manager who asked me to explain the issue again. I was then told they had hired an independent inspection company who told them there were no bed bugs in that room. I asked what was happening about my refund and they said they would look into it with Expedia again. I waited another 2 months, still no refund. I emailed the manager again, waited a few more weeks but got no reply. I tried emailing again recently but got an automated response that the manager’s email is invalid. I feel I have been fobbed off to the point of giving up. A victory for IHG Hilton, well played!
