Close to music , pedestrian bridge and Hall of fame. Good breakfast. Parking $47 night. No other lots around. Staff helpful. If you have a car drive to Franklin for civil war history tours.

Location was fantastic!!!l Accommodated early check in & late check out for minimal $35 fee. They offer to hold your luggage before checkin & checkout. We were able to get adjoining rooms for a 6 girl weekend; saved money on transportation bc location was great & close to stadium.

Positives - The front desk staff were always very pleasant and helpful! Close walk to Broadway. Negatives - Our room wasn’t cleaned on our second day, even though we did not have the “Do Not Disturb” tag out, and left for the day at 8:45AM. The breakfast area was not well stocked and they closed down early on a few days. I would expect that if the are done serving at 10:00, the would still have plates, food options, and silverware until at least 9:45. That was not the case, and they closed the serving area down early.

Parking is a nightmare. No attendance and machine dos not work and operator is not available! I had to do few rounds around the block till i got a hold of front desk. And the lady has the nerve to tell me that i have to come in to check in to get a gargae pass!!! I reminded her that i had to park first before i could come in.!!??

Short easy walk to music and bars. Walk to pedestrian bridge and country hall of fame. Nice breakfast included with different items each am.. hot foods, cereal yogurt toast.. good coffee. All staff I encountered friendly and very helpful. Noise from nearby construction but not of fault of hotel. Would stay again!

This is a nice hotel. We paid the ext 3 dollars for vallet parking. Staff are nice and helpful. My husband had seen a review about white noise machines from a year ago. He asked and they still have them, so double check when checking in. We stayed in 904 King size bed, with a sitting area. The view is an odd because you have an excellent view of the rooms and pool across the street. Haha. The breakfast was probably one of the best we have had staying at a hotel with free breakfast. The mattress was definitely an older one. It was still comfortable but you roll towards the middle. Overall this is a nice place and close to the downtown area very easy to walk to everything.
