Relax in the living room, equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment pleasure. The large balcony provides views of the pool and courtyard, setting the stage for unforgettable evenings.
The modern kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, perfect for both casual breakfasts and formal dinners. The dining area offers an intimate setting to enjoy delicious meals together with your loved ones.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Each bedroom in this condo is a unique retreat. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a sunflower wallpaper accent wall, offering a tranquil sanctuary for ultimate privacy. The primary bathroom is conveniently located in the same hallway, along with the closet for clothing storage and a washer and dryer for convenience. The 2nd bedroom boasts a king bed with a modern design and a diamond accent wall, and it's the only bedroom with a Smart TV. The 2nd bathroom is across the hall from the 2nd bedroom, offering a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a playful flamingo accent wall. With a split floor plan, all bedrooms provide a peaceful night's sleep after a day of adventure.

Hyve Building Accommodations & Entertainment:
As a guest at Jungle Jamboree, you'll have exclusive access to Hyve's amenities. Dive into the building-exclusive pool, stay fit in the state-of-the-art gym, or gather with friends and family for a BBQ using the community grills. Challenge your companions to a friendly game of outdoor ping pong, unwind in the inviting lounge areas around the fire pit on cooler winter nights. Whether you're soaking up the sun by the pool or enjoying the communal spaces, Jungle Jamboree provides a retreat within the vibrant energy of Nashville.
Note: The pool is open seasonally May-October from 10 am-10 pm at the discretion of the HOA.

Parking:
Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon arrival, ample street parking is also first-come, first-serve.

- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved to book this house. Please inquire, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- Guest agrees to provide identity authentication to Guest Ranger operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
