Even though it’s older, the hotel room was clean and comfortable. No bugs, and plenty of towels. Within 10 minutes of all the sights and easy access to the interstate. We would stay there again and to top it off, the price was awesome.

According to Expedia knights inn called me and confirmed my reservation and got authorization to charge my card. The reservation was made as a pay when arrive reservation. No one ever called me. No one was giving authorization to charge my card before I got there and I had to cancel the reservation and my money is in limbo.

When we rented this hotel online it stated that there was complementary parking. When we got to the hotel the front desk attendant charged us $10 a day for parking, we told him what it said in the hotel info, and we told him we had proof, but he still said he was going to charge the parking The front desk attendant also asked if we wanted room service daily and I told him yes the room service went once throughout our 5 day stay, If we knew we had to pay for parking we would have stayed at a hotel closer downtown where they also charge parking but we could actually leave our car there and walk the downtown area and not pay parking multiple times.
