Leipers Fork Barn Loft

Come and relax in this beautiful country side where life is a little simpler, people are kinder and the grass truly is greener. I do accept same day bookings, just call.

This barn loft apartment is an open floor plan with just over 800 square feet of room to enjoy. 'THERE IS NO KITCHEN'. Rate is for two people each additional person is $25.00 per night. Two (2) Queen size beds are available as well as (1) inflatable raised queen bed and a sofa to sleep on. The BATHROOM has a shower and no bathtub.

There is a bean bag bed full size for children only. Large windows overlook the horse paddocks on both ends where you can watch our horses roam and relax in the sunshine.

Accommodations are comfortable and serene as the farm is located on a dead end street with little traffic. Restaurants are within a few minutes from the farm as well as shopping and entertainment. Stay put and relax or venture out into the County for sight seeing and adventure.

Visit our small village Leipers Fork and enjoy shopping at our antique stores, browse our art galleries where local artists are displayed and then dine in our cafe and restaurants. Enjoy live music every day but Monday at Pucketts Grocery or join us for one of our towns festivals or events. Thursday in Leipers is open mic night and creole shrimp boil, Friday and Saturday nights offer dinner and shows, reservations advised.

The farm has horses,cats and dogs roaming and greeting our guests.

You don't have to own or travel with your horse to stay. You are free to enjoy the sight of our little herd out in the fields.

Also provided by appointment is our personal growth/therapy sessions that use Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. We are trained and Internationally certified through EAGALA for this. You may contact me for more information as it is appointment in advance only.

OUR 2ND VISIT
Kirstin is a wonderful hostess. This was our second stay here, but our first with our 4 kids, ages ranging from 10-19. We loved the horses and the dogs. The Barn Loft has everything you need. Visiting in the fall was so beautiful!!! I look forward to coming back in the future if it's available!!!

Every time we walked outside the door it was like entering a peaceful country setting you've only seen in a post card. If you're looking to get away, truly get out of town and reset, this is a great spot to do so. And the host was as responsive as she could've possibly have been.

Delightful country living! Dolly and Daisy are the best welcoming crew! Two golden retrievers to make you feel right at home! The most comfortable beds during our travels. Huge spacious room with a big dining room table to spread out maps and eat in comfort. This is one place we will come back to!

Short stay on our way to Destin
We like to take different routes from our annual vacation from Austin, TX, to Destin, FL. We went through Tennessee this year, and we didn't get to spend as much time as we wanted visiting Nashville and the surrounding areas, We're already planning to come back next year, and extending our stay. When we do, we hope the loft is available. What a wonderful way to spend time away from the big cities!

Enjoyed the stay. Fox News was blocked on television, I figured a customer done it in the past. No reflection on owner. Some people are just naturally spiteful. I recommend the stay here. Nice and peaceful.

Locals looking to get away
We just wanted to leave the "big city" of nashville during the 4th of July and escape and little did we know we'd find a little slice of heaven on a farm. The place was so clean and cooled down (it was close to 95⁰ outside!) we had an awesome celebration at a farm nearby with fireworks, but the best part was meeting the horses, pup, and baber pup!!! Everything in Leipers Fork captures my heart and this was legit a 4 minute drive to everything.

Great place!
The property is beautiful! It was REALLY hot when I was there, yet the loft was still very comfortable. It's very spacious and everything worked out great! The dog, Daisy, was so sweet! Kirstin has treats available to feed her as well. Only a 2 night stay but will definitely go back.

We Adore Kirstin and Her Barn Loft!
This is the second time my Mums and me have stayed at Kirstin’s adorable property for a mother/daughter trip! We adore her, her gorgeous barn loft, her sweet animals and the stunning surroundings. Kirstin’s place is immaculate and had everything we could need. We got amazing sleep in the comfy beds and love the peaceful paint palette she decorated with. Glorious deck and we locked being greeted by fur babies Daisy and Dolly. We hope to return every year!

Wynonna Fan Club week
This barn loft was the cutest, perfect home base for us as we visited Leipers Fork to attend activities for Wynonna Judd's fan club. I cant wait to come back again! Life in the Loft
My cousin spent 5 nights in Kristin's loft in Leiper's Fork. Very serene setting and luckily we enjoyed the "Whirr" of the Cicadas upon exiting the loft. The resident dog was a pleasure to engage. Had a very pleasant stay and the host was very accomodating!

We enjoyed the location, and although everything was in one room, the room was spacious and had a nice ceiling height, and furnishings were very comfortable. The deck was great…we enjoyed sitting out there as darkness fell and the woods came alive. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose! Loved the retriever!! She was an attentive hostess!
