Little Stone House in the Heart of Murfreesboro

This cute two-bedroom, two-bath sits in the heart of Murfreesboro. Less than 10 minutes from I-24 and less than 4 minutes from Downtown and MTSU. Both rooms have their own full baths and plenty of closet space. The home was recently renovated. Master Bedroom has a queen bed and the guest has two full bunks with TVs in both bedrooms. 50` Flatscreen TV in the living room with wifi and streaming TV. The kitchen comes ready to serve with all the essentials. The laundry has a new washer/dryer.

The floor plan is a quaint open space that is perfect for family time, cooking, or getting a little work done. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. We are set up for long term stays for families in between housing or those moving into the area. We are also a perfect fit for short stays in Murfreesboro.

There is plenty of parking for two cars in the driveway. Entrances to the house include the front and back doors. The house provides easy access to Memorial Blvd and 41a, both of which are major roadways that connect to I-24 and I-840.

The Little Stone House is nestled in a little old neighborhood right off of Memorial Boulevard. If you are a walker you can make a right out of the driveway and there are lots of little neighborhood streets safe for walking you can explore. You are also within walking distance from several restaurant options along with a CVS and a fantastic breakfast spot Donut Country.

The house is located off of Memorial Blvd in the middle of town and close to everything. In the opposite direction of Memorial, you can walk into the older subdivisions if you have a pet and want to go on walks. Parking is available in the driveway, enough for several cars.

Beautiful home in quiet and quaint neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the house is very well done it had everything we needed and more its location was convenient for our trip to Nashville we would definitely love to plan a future trip and stay here again

My family and I stayed at this location for a national horse show. It was about 10 min from Tennessee Miller Coliseum so the location is perfect. We arrived early and the host was very accommodating. The house looks just like the pictures. Very clean, well decorated and perfect size for a family of 4. We definitely would recommend this house. Thank you for the great stay in Murfreesboro:)

Our 4 day-3 night stay was absolutely wonderful in the stone house. Very Clean, all the amenities and more, good location, great communication with our hosts and a very enjoyable relaxing time spent in the house. When in the area we will return.

Great location

My husband stayed here for a week while taking classes. The location was close to everything he needed. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The house was clean and well kept. We will be staying here again.

The Little Stone House was perfect for our stay. It is located in a neighborhood right off Memorial with plenty of businesses and restaurants close by. The amenities were available as described in the property description and in working order. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great getaway in the Little Stone House

We were in town for our son’s soccer tournament and couldn’t be happier w/ this find. Just a few miles from the fields and centrally located to a lot of great restaurants. It’s also only 30ish minutes outside of Nashville which is a plus. We’d definitely stay here again.

Awesome backyard

We loved this house. My child and dogs loved the backyard. It is located in a very convenient area. There is a great bagel place and a pizza place across the street.

Loved our Stay

We were in town for a horse show at the Miller Coliseum. The house was perfectly situated between the Coliseum and Downtown. It was clean, adorable, and well-stocked with everything you could need. Having the huge fenced yard for dogs was a major bonus. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Great little house

The house is nicely renovated and very clean. The host was very responsive when we had questions. You could find anything you want in a few miles in either direction. Didn't love the neighborhood for walking our dog.

We came to Murfreesboro to visit with our son. Our daughter/husband from TX stayed with us. The location was great, because we wanted to visit Nashville for the night life and go to Jack Daniels and other distilleries/breweries. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Little House for a quick trip

This property had everything we needed while away from our own home. Master bed was very firm but both my husband and I slept great! Our teen son slept on the top bunk (not in...on) with his own blankets and was content. All appliances worked well. Nice fenced back yard for our mini-doodle. Everyone was happy! Would stay here again!

4 day weekend

This house was perfect for our 4 day weekend to visit a friend in town. The house was just as described and the big fenced in yard is great if you have dogs. The location was near tons of restaurants. We went hiking at Stones River National Battlefield and Old Stone Fort State Park. I recommend both and the house is perfect to come back and relax in afterwards. The neighbors were quiet and we rarely even saw them. I would stay here again!

The Little Stone House was exactly as advertised. It’s perfect for a family of four. The interior has been nicely remodeled with everything a modern house should havre. Everything is clean, new and in working order. I’m hoping our summer showcase is in Murfreesboro again next year. I will immediately book it again.

We loved everything about this house!

We live in Murfreesboro and needed a place to stay while our floors were being refinished. I was hesitant knowing how close this is to busy Memorial Blvd, but it had great reviews and it was pet friendly for our two pups. This house is very well decorated, everything you need to prepare meals and a giant backyard for the dogs. My husband works from home so the additional room with the desk was perfect for him. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable, and rarely could we hear any of noise from the main road!! The host was very responsive. I would 1000% recommend this place for a couple or small family!!

Exactly what we needed!

This adorable, vintage cottage was homey, clean, and perfect for our stay. Our purpose for the trip was to pick up our new puppy. Our daughter and fiance decided to join us, so we booked this cute home for an extra couple days. A short jaunt from Nashville, we spent one day listening to live music, one day hanging out with our new pup, and one at a state park. Bagel Boro across the street is the perfect start to your day. Our host was exceedingly helpful and responsive to our needs, even as they changed. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Great little property close to everything in Murfreesboro. Fenced in backyard was perfect and much appreciated for our dog. There is a nice park (Oakland’s) not far away if you want green space and a lovely setting for walk/run. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming.
