Enjoyable and accommodating
This was a great place to stay. Steve was our contact and went out of his way to may everything easy and accommodating. Was able to rent boat on site and felt like we had lake to ourselves. The home was very nice and perfect back room for nightly entertainment of games, cards, and darts. Very easy drive in to Nashville and had plenty of to do in the area. Very enjoyable for family with 3 teenagers.

Nice lake location
A bit of difficulty in the beginning to get the door code but it was eventually resolved. The exterior trash cans were full making it difficult to fulfill the requirement to take out the trash. We had to clean The outdoor grill to be able to use it. Some of the rooms had rather thin sheets.The hot tub had debris in the bottom of it and an off putting odor. We all have hot tubs so we know keeping it up can be a challenge. It’s a nice quiet location right on the lake. Information on the operation of the TV’s would have been helpful. We did enjoy our stay. Just some things that would have made our stay our stay an outstanding one were missing.

Outside of the home not cleaned upon arrival and losing a night of stay, which we were reimbursed $400, it was a perfect place for 2 families with 4 children. We caught fish and it the kids used the kayaks and had a great time. All appliances worked and had plenty of sleeping space.

A wonderful lake house for a weekend getaway

We had an awesome time. Steve communicated with us before during and after. Absolutely no complaints. Easy to Uber but wished it was a bit closer. Perfect to relax after late nights in the city.

Great house for a getaway
Great long weekend with friends at this house outside of Nashville. The location is close enough to get to downtown and enjoy the city. It is also in a quiet neighborhood ~25 minutes from downtown on the water. The house had a fantastic game room with a poker table, dart board, and video arcade that were all great. There is a hot tub and great outdoor area. A great place to stay.

The Perfect Retreat

The house with everything!!!
What an amazing house! This place had everything and I mean everything we possibly needed to make our stay perfect! Check in was super smooth and easy too. From the hot tub, game room, kayaks, super comfy bedrooms, all kitchen necessities and the amazing game room we had everything we needed. We started our mornings out with coffee outside over looking the lake and almost every morning we had deer run through the backyard. We had already rented a pontoon for our stay but I think it may have been possible for us to use the boat already at the house. The lake is beautiful and we loved pulling the boat up to eat at Sam’s Grill (good food too). We brought our own water tube but Steve said we were welcome to use his. Our sons enjoyed the kayaks and fishing. We made meals and used the grill to make steaks one night. We had a blast playing poker, darts and the video games (Pac-Man/ donkey kong/ frogger). We loved being so close to Nashville and went into the city several times. It really is a great location, you can live the lake life by day and check out Nashville at night. Steve really is so accommodating and available and we are so thankful that he shared his beautiful home with us.

Wonderful Nashville Trip
This is a beautiful property! We were able to spend time in Nashville and spend time relaxing at this lake house! The home is amazing! LOTS of room, very quiet! We fished, kayaked, relaxed in the hot tub, and played games in the game room! We had access to a boat and jet ski. The master bedroom is incredible! Easy drive to all the Nashville sites. Steve is an amazing host! We had everything we needed. He even mailed us some items we forgot!

peaceful get away
This was just what the doctor ordered when he told me to relax and come to one with nature! The master suite had a balconey with a view of the river and tons of wildlife. If there was a wine bar and coffee maker up there, no one woud have seen me for days!!! The driveway support three large SUV's coming and going all weekend. We loved the place and plan to come back again.

Perfect family reunion on the lake
We had 4 adult siblings enjoying a family reunion with elderly parents. A perfect 5 day weekend. The owner/host was incredibly accessible and checked in often to make sure we were having a fantastic time. The house had all the current technology (great WiFi, TV streaming services, etc.) while offering yard games, hot tub, and fishing on the pontoon boat. Highly recommend!

A great central location and beautiful lake view!
We really enjoyed our stay! The location is central, with necessities nearby. We loved just being a short drive away to explore Nashville and other areas. The house was clean, neighborhood was quiet, and it was wonderful to wake up and see the lake in the mornings! The owner was very responsive to questions and went above and beyond to ensure a pack and play was available for our littlest traveler.

Great Home
I have rented a lot of properties from VRBO, and I can tell you that this is the most accurate description of a property that I have seen. Seen. Everything was just as the pictures show. The home has a keyless entry feature that I was not familiar with. I was able to contact The owner Steve, who assisted us with anything that we needed with the property. Property. The house has everything we needed and more. Even after we left, Steve found some medication that we had accidentally left behind and he went out of his way to get the medication to my grandmother. This was a five-star stay and I wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for letting us rent this place for the short time that we had it!

Fantastic property
We were very pleased with this property and Steve. The attention to details was spectacular. They thought of everything (down to extra hair ties, tooth brushes, phone chargers, etc). Steve was very responsive. There was plenty of space and tons to do inside they house (poker table, darts, gaming system). We will hands down be staying here again on our next trip.

Amazing house, close to all Nashville has to offer!
6 adults stayed here for a long weekend in Nashville. The drive downtown was super easy and Uber was only about $30.00. The house was perfect. Super clean and very spacious. Quiet neighborhood, huge yard and great views. Steve the owner really thought of everything and was great to work with. We will definitely be back again!
