This fabulous lakeside home is nestled on the Indian Lake Peninsula and has something amazing for everyone. Whether you and your group are looking for a nearby retreat from the bustle of Lower Broadway, or your family wants to explore Tennessee Lake Life, this newly remodeled home places you in the heart of all the beauty and style that the area has to offer.

The space is fully remodeled and features two full bedroom suites, three additional bedrooms, one and a half additional bathrooms (3.5 total bathrooms), and a beautiful open concept living room and kitchen. A fully screened-in patio overlooks the beautiful deer-filled scenery behind the home. The hot tub area is covered and comes with privacy curtain, and there is plenty of comfortable seating around the fire pit for those who don't want to take a dip and prefer to gaze at the beautiful night sky! No matter which floor you stay on, don't forget to visit the Dolly Room! This home is a beautiful ode to all the things that make Tennessee living the best kind of living.

An impeccable local cleaning service keeps the home in imacculate condition. Guests are provided their own access code to the electronic lock prior to their stay .

The home was very comfortable and met our needs perfectly. Jeremy went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood does not look kindly on short term rentals, so we got a visit from the police to check on things, but they were very pleasant and apologized for having to stop by.

I would recommend renting this VRBO property. We were in Nashville for the National Softball Tournament. The house was very nice and very roomy for 4 adults and 5 kids. We originally booked it with 4 kids but we ended up bringing an extra softball player. Jeremy graciously didn't charge us any extra. We had to contact Jeremy as the AC wasn't cooling on the main floor. He had someone come fix it that day. If you need a big place to stay, this is it!!!

Family time on Old Hickory Lake
Gathered as a family for a long weekend. Parents, kids and spouses, and two grandchildren. Great space. Loved cooking together in wonderful kitchen. Heat lamps above stove to keep things warm while prepping other food. We used them to warm up butter dishes for a seafood boil. Wine/beverage refrigerator. Steam shower in master bedroom. Hot tub out back. Our 10 year old grandson learned to play chess on the living room chess board. Couches outside on the deck to hang out and drink coffee in the morning. Then the whole street is filled with deer everywhere. A great weekend. Host was VERY responsive to any needs we had including where to launch the boat.

Absolutely Beautiful!
We did a week long girls trip. The place is absolutely beautiful. There are deer on the property at all times. The house is decorated very nice. The owner is very responsive to any needs we had. We cannot wait to come back!

owner was super friendly, very responsive, house was very clean perfect for our group! we came down as a group of friends to ride our motorcycles! driveway wrapped around the house so it was perfect for the space we needed! washer and dryer was a nice addition for us! we spent a lot of time at night on the beautiful new deck! we loved the Dolly and Jonny rooms! the master bedroom and bathroom is amazing! we enjoyed the quiet setting and all the deer in the yard. We will defiantly stay here again!!

What a time
Traveled from Indianapolis to Nashville but stayed here in Hendersonville. Our time here was great from check in to check out. The host/owner Jeremy was awesome. Him and his staff Dana and Don made sure all of our needs were taken care. The communication was amazing, there was a issue with the kitchen sink and I let Jeremy know right away and the next morning Don was there fixing it. Dana went above and beyond for my trip, helped me provide flowers for my wife and daughter whose birthdays we were celebrating. Overall I would rate my experience a 10/10 and would definitely use them again. Recommend checking out 2/2 properties.

The pictures don’t do this home justice!! We counted 12 deer in the yard at the same time. The setting was immaculate and the decoration of the home is even better in person. The host was great and super laid back. Love the Dolly room!! We will be back soon ! A+

This was a very enjoyable stay for us. The wildlife definitely added to the beauty of the home. It was very nicely decorated and has everything we needed for the stay.
