Excellent property with upscale fixtures and modern charm. My son slept on the pull-out chair with no complaints. Great neighborhood convenient to downtown attractions. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect
We decided to stay in Nashville for a short stop (5 days) on our way to South Carolina. The weather wasn’t great but the bar hopping and museum visits were great! We loved the accommodations… very clean, well stocked, with a great location. Easy Uber drive to downtown (parking prices were unreal). East Nashville itself was worth a day of exploration. Great for walking the dog and seeing all the renovations. I’d be remiss if I didn’t say something about the hosts — they were fabulous and anticipated our every need. It was a great stay and we’ll stay here again next time.

Great Visit!
The property was completely updated and as clean as anyone could hope for. Pictures were perfect with. no exaggeration. The neighborhood was safe. The connection when advice or help was needed was immediate. The upstairs apartment was simply perfect. I will return when in the area. I will use VRBO again. Great way to book a safe and clean stay!

Great little hideaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . Everything was just as explained and expected . Wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again and would totally recommend ! Do the olive and Sinclair chocolate tour . The shops just down the road on Easton are great and park at Nissan Stadium walk over pedestrian bridge to get to downtown Nashville . So easy!! It was peaceful backyard and very quiet away from the hustle of the city and just really a great experience all around !

Perfect Getaway!
We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s beautiful guest house. It’s obvious she took great care in designing and decorating the space. It was perfect! We loved the back deck and enjoyed having our coffee out there in the morning. It felt totally private - just an oasis in the city. And Lockeland Springs is our favorite area of Nashville! So many great restaurants and things to do nearby. You’re always only 10 minutes away from anywhere you want to go! Kudos to Alece who was very communicative and shared everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay! Thank you to all!!

Amazing girls weekend!
This place was so comfy and cozy! They truly thought of everything. The space was plenty big for the three of us. The location was great for walking and ride sharing. Especially when trying to get to a certain concert at Nissan Stadium. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. No complaints at all! Alece, the property manager, was very quick to respond to my questions. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Perfect girls trip getaway!
We really loved our stay! It was perfect for me and 4 of my girlfriends. Two of us drove from KC and 3 flew in from DFW. The house, pictures and description are what is described and so much cuter in person! For 5 young adults going out on the town 3 nights in a row and having one bathroom - it worked well for us! Couches pulled out as beds and were comfy. Kitchen was nice, we used the wine fridge! The little deck seating was also great. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this house. They even wrote a special note saying happy birthday to me when we got there since this trip was kind of a pre-birthday week celebration! Will recommend to all my friends who come to Nashville! :) Thanks again!!

Perfect Nashville Stay
My wife and I visited Nashville for the first time, and we kind of fell in love with the town and surroundings because of this great home with Rest Easy Nashville. The management team was incredibly helpful and had provided a great support manual of things to explore and enjoy while in town. My wife and I reviewed so many different hotels and other properties, and we can say this spot looks and feels exactly like the photos. we absolutely loved this accommodation and would recommend anyone looking to get a lovely feel for everything Nashville. Our spot was in East Nashville, we loved being so close to downtown, where our stay was focused. Beautiful location, perfect instructions, and easy to navigate city. We will be back!
