Moved from Brown County State Park, this spacious four bedroom log cabin built in 1940 has a rich history including serving as Nashville’s general store. Today, the homestead has been beautifully restored and offers a unique blend of rustic charm with boho chic interiors and modern amenities on 5 picturesque acres.

The cabin features a large eat-in kitchen, perfect for preparing meals for family and friends, as well as a spacious dining room and living room with a wood stove. There is also a cozy sunroom, ideal for playing cards or board games and enjoying the beautiful views of the back yard. The cabin also features a private office just in case you need to work remotely.

Outside there are multiple decks, porches, and sweet places to have a morning coffee, read, picnic, meditate or do yoga. You will enjoy finding your great place to start or finish the day! Additional pool toys can be found in the storage bin on the great open entertaining deck.

This peaceful setting in Brown County is a dream property bordering Sycamore Land Trust on one side and featuring almost 5 acres of mature wooded rolling hills with trails as well as a flat manicured yard perfect for playing corn hole, horse shoes, badminton and disk golf. There’s also a spacious chicken coop providing fresh free range eggs, fenced pen, and lovingly tended gardens. You don’t want to miss the peonies blooming in the Springtime along the split rail fence!

You may never want to leave our homestead but literally right down the road is Deer Run Park. Small but charming, the park is situated along the banks of Deer Run Creek and features a variety of recreational activities for visitors to enjoy including canoeing and kayaking. The park's main attraction is its hiking trails, which wind through the woods and offer scenic views of the creek and surrounding area. Visitors can also enjoy fishing in the creek or have a picnic in one of the park's designated picnic areas.
