Beautifully furnished historic cottage in a highly desirable location! Easily walk to all Germantown attractions including the new Sounds baseball stadium, many of Nashville's finest restaurants and nightlife, Farmers Market, and Bicentennial Mall. During your visit you might want to check out 2nd Avenue and catch some live country music and eat at one of the many unique to Nashville restaurants on Broadway or take a short drive to the famous Loveless Cafe to enjoy an amazing meal.

This 1920s cottage is great for a long weekend or extended stay because of the newly added dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen provides simple pantry items like salt, pepper, spray oil, coffee, cream, and sugar as well as all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils needed for a quick breakfast before heading out. Within walking distance is Kroger. Lounge on the front swing or back deck with one of our books, enjoy one of the three smart TVs or bring your own device to connect to our high-speed WIFI. A notebook with information on WiFi, check-out instructions, and local restaurants is in the living room.

Parking - We offer plenty of parking options, from public street parking to our private parking lot behind the cottages. Our parking lot is located off Taylor Street, down the alley on the right. Please refrain from parking on the grass.

Location - The home is 20 minutes from BNA airport and is a simple drive or uber away. Looking for transportation? Bus routes? Uber or Lyft rates? Use 312 Pizza address for rates in this area:

Early Check-in/ Late Check-out - If you are needing an early check-in or late check-out please reach out to the host before your trip begins so we can best accommodate you. Fees may apply. The maximum number of guests per house is 6. Due to the age of the house and plumbing we can not accolade any additional guests. Thank you for complying.

Local Area - Our cottages are located about a mile and a half from downtown Nashville and 2nd avenue. Within walking distance of our cottages, is Butchertown Hall, a unique restaurant that you can see from our front porches on 4th Avenue. Barista Parlor, a coffee shop, and 312 Pizza company are also recommended and close to the cottages. Within a few minutes drive of the area is the entertainment venue Topgolf.

Contactless Check In and Out - Our contactless check-in process is simple. We will send you a message on VRBO with the exact address and a key code usually day of your check-in. Contactless check-out is easy as well, just leave clean dishes drying, used towels in the washer, and take out the trash.

Having a family reunion? We have 3 cottages all close enough to host your large family get-together! Please send us a message and we will let you know our multi-home pricing.

If you choose the $1500 deposit option over the insurance policy it will be collected at the time of booking and returned within 30 days of booking.

There is a minimum $25 left item fee for all guests who would like their left items returned to them. Additional charges may apply.

My daughter and I went to Nashville for a girls’ weekend and I had read how Germantown was a great place, very close, but not in the thick of it and that really appealed to me. We loved this area and the house was perfect for us. It’s not a huge space but had everything we needed and I feel like would probably be comfortable for four people. Rowan was very quick to answer any questions and we had a small issue with the entry lock in the back and the the maintenance gentleman, Sam, was there within an hour very polite and got the work done. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful week at your cottage. We didn’t rent a car so urbered everywhere and everything we wanted to see was 10-15 minute drive. Very convenient! House was great for the 2 of us. Possibly a bit small for more people. Great to have a washer and dryer there.

The home was not clean upon arrival and the photos mislead you of how nice the home is. It's a cute home. great location but the bathroom and kitchen seriously needs update and or remodeled, both rooms are terrible and dirty. The area rugs in living room - kitchen have never been cleaned for a long long time. Save yourself the frustration of putting up with this home and choose another property in Germantown.

Cute cottage in great location!! Everything you need to enjoy your Nashville stay!! My favorite place was sitting on the front porch swing and enjoying the atmosphere of the quaint neighborhood. Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Very clean, not far from downtown, about 35 minute walk. Host provided excellent tips, found the basket of maps and things to do very helpful. The basket of goodies was nice as well. The beds were very comfortable. We found the property simply adorable,. Quite neighborhood. Ubers readily available, day or night. The only downside if you can call it that was the ceiling fan in the bedroom to the right of the bathroom made a very , very faint sound while running, almost like an alarm going off. My spouse never heard it, I just turned the fan off the second night. Fan not really needed as the AC in the house was perfect. Strongly recommend.

Weekend Birthday celebration
My best friend and I always spend an extended weekend each year together to celebrate our birthdays. This cottage did not disappoint. Historical cottage was clean -in a safe neighborhood, busy location, but not overcrowded or noisy. The front porch swing provided a nice respite for breakfast morning bun and tea, or evening pre-dinner cocktails. Within walking distance to 5 star restaurants and a short, inexpensive Uber/Lyft drive to the Rhyman Auditorium for a concert. Plenty of hooks to hang clothing, and lots of drawer space. As noted by some reviewers, only one bathroom, but easily managed by 2 females with plenty of space in bedrooms to complete whatever look you are going for. Sara was prompt to respond with any questions and extremely accommodating. Unexpectedly, traffic was on our side and we arrived before check-in time. A quick text and the front door was unlocked without waiting. Very much appreciated! Highly recommend, will not disappoint. Thank Sara!!

Overall this cottage was the perfect place to stay for me and my siblings. Beds are comfortable, the cottage was clean and cozy, and the location was good. The kitchen and bathroom floors could definitely use replacing, and the back deck was also a bit run down, but overall the place looked great!
