Summary:
ONE MILE FROM DOWNTOWN BROADWAY! Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience.

The Space:
- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, creamer and sugar.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage.
- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place.

The time allotted in between stays allows the cleaners to perform their duties prior to your arrival. There are multiple luggage stow companies in Nashville that you may utilize while exploring the city. If early check in is a necessity for your group, we ask that you book the night prior to your arrival. This ensures that you may check in anytime on your arrival date.

Guests will have full Access to the entire condo. 2 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and Living room with queen size pull out sofa. One parking spot is permitted per rental in the parking garage. Parking passes are provided upon arrival. Only one permit will be provided, there are no additional spots, and there are no exceptions. Please plan accordingly. An elevator is on site and two stairwells are accessible. An elevator code, and a keyless door entry code will be provided to you 2 days prior to arrival.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. It was an easy walk to attractions like Broadway and other fun locations and a short and relatively cheap lyft or uber ride for the times we didnt want to walk. I would stay here again.

Great property in convenient location
The property was exactly as advertised and owner made checkin easy (including allowing an early checkin). The location is very convenient .:we were able to walk to everything. The only reason I only gave four stars for location is the area is a bit deserted after dark . But it looks like that may change soon as is an up and coming neighborhood.

4 adults vowing from UK, made a special request from property manager - no problem they were happy to help. Used the bus from airport Stop 18 to the stop by the music hall of fame $2 each! Jonathan’s around the block is a brilliant place for eats and drinks - we used an Uber to shop at Stogers Apartment comfortable clean and great touch with coffee, washing pods and toiletries. Would stay again

The condo is located near German Town which has great dining options. It was walkable to Broadway, but somewhat long and didn’t feel comfortable walking at night. The beds were comfortable, and the train didn’t bother us. It was nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I recommend providing more than one hand towel per bathroom and tissues.

Apartment is as described, new and well equipped. Cable service (Samsung Plus) is deficient, volume goes off and repeats words constantly. Property is effectively at walking distance (20 minutes to Broadway Sr) from many main attractions (and I love walking) but feels a little isolated specially at night.

Really liked how close the property was to everything we wanted to see in Nashville, 5-10 minute drive to most things. We were able to walk to The Gulch (30 minute walk) from the property. Not a terrible walk and were able to catch some different sites along the way. Really liked that it had two bedrooms, two bathrooms so myself and my friend could have our own space. The property owners provided everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay and highly recommend.

Great spot!
Perfect place for 2 couples. We both had our own private space with bathrooms. Walking distance to Broadway St and a lot of great sites! Be sure to walk the other way, as there is the market and museums/parks that tell about the history. We drove from Ottawa but only used the car a few times to go to Opry mills and the Grand Ole Opry! As others have said, this place could use another comfy chair, but we used the patio one; and also higher bar stools so you could use the counter to eat. (Oh, maybe better frying pans). But that is only minor improvements. We loved the place, felt safe and would definitely book again. Thanks for the memories!!! Beds are super comfy!!!
