You can walk to just about anything you may desire. If you want to just sit, have a drink and people watch, we have a seat for you on our balcony overlooking all of the action on 12th Ave South. 12 South is a leafy residential neighborhood known for its bungalow style homes , It has fine dinning restaurants stylish designer boutiques and stores with vintage wares . It has a park and in season Farmers market and the iconic "I Believe in Nashville " mural . It is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville. We are home to Reece Witherspoons store Draper James , and Holly Williams store Whites Mercantile . Rent a bike or walk the fun streets we are excited to have you in the most popular neighborhoods in Nashville.

You can walk to most everything. When venturing downtown, you can use the HOP on HOP off Trolly , Uber, Lyft , we also have bus transit.

Great Place to Stay
We loved this place. The interior was nice, updated, and clean. Everything we needed was provided, and you cant beat the location!! Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and all that 12 South district has to offer. We will definitely be staying there again.

Amazing location
This was a quick weekend trip for my wife and me. The location was perfect for what we were looking for, very walkable to dining and coffee. The room was adequate, although we could hear neighbors opening and closing doors, which is what you would expect with accommodations so close together.

Fantastic stay
This is a great little place. I traveled alone but it has plenty of space for one or two more people. I appreciate that the decor is stylish. The balcony is a great spot for coffee. The neighborhood is really cute with plenty of shopping and places to eat. Short Lyft rides to all my happenings near Broadway. Would rent here again.

Perfect Spot
If you’re looking for a clean and comfy, stylish, and excellently-located place to stay, this is it. My husband and I were much more concerned with being in a safe area with good food in walking distance. This place was PERFECT, and I’m a very harsh critic of hotels and things. Can’t recommend it enough!

Lovely location, ear plugs needed in the morning
We had a lovely stay, great location! My only tip for others is to bring ear plugs if you plan on sleeping past 7am due to the construction noise next door. I would happily stay there again but will come better prepared.

Great Condo in a Perfect Location
Nice condo in our favorite neighborhood. It was clean and had everything we needed. Walk out the door to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. There is construction next door but we didn’t really hear it. Free parking in a dedicated lot was appreciated.

Very impressed. Location was wonderful, food in area was some of the best!!! Will definitely return to take the experience in again. The location had everything needed on site and then some. Central location to access many venues including downtown, Ubers and walk abouts. Communication with Scarlet very efficient when and if needed.

Nice place
Easy access including parking. Good location...lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Short drive to downtown. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water in shower. The available laundry machines was appreciated! My only negative note...very minor...no coffee maker...there was a French Press to make coffee...but if you're not familiar with how to utilize to get a good cup of coffee, it is useless. Fortunately, plenty of coffee houses across the street.

Excellent Location, Great Property
The location of this property is excellent with it's proximity to shops and restaurants. The property host is polite, detailed and attentive making our check in process, stay and check out process seamless. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Construction is occurring in the area which can be quite loud during the weekday daytime hours; however, it is not a problem during the weekday evenings/nights and weekend. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Very nice cozy place
Great location if you want to stay in the heart of 12 South (Food, Drinks, Shopping) and close to Vanderbilt and Belmont. Great communication from the host and easy to get in and get out. Not a big or well appointed kitchen if you want to do much cooking and not very roomy for 4 (two adults and two teens). But, if you want a nice place to sleep and chill between touring Nashville its probably perfect.

Wonderful location
The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown, Hillsboro village, Belmont, Vanderbilt and of course 12 South. The airport is also close. Great communication and responses from the host. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Parking is very convenient. I also appreciated the easy checkout instructions. The one issue we did have is that when we pulled out the sofa bed, there was a bunch of cereal that came out with it, so that obviously had not been cleaned. Everything else was spotless however. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice Quiet Getaway
Had a great time staying here. The check-in process was seamless. The host was very responsive and polite. The only downside was that the website made a mistake with the listing. It showed on some of the amenities that they had a Spa Whirlpool onsite but that was not the case.The host was very forthcoming and apologized for the clerical error and even discounted some of the cost. Overall it was a great spot to be close to downtown.

A friend and I came for a conference. This was a great little town for a 1st timer visiting Nashville. The property was very nicely located and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the vibe of the town. We were there for a convention/conference at Belmont University. So everything for us was within walking distance as well as catching a trolly for downtown Nashville. The place was well equipped. We slept great and we were both comfortable. Very clean. If you are challenged with stairs this could be a problem. We are in our 60's and neither of us are challenged with mobility. So it was perfect for us. Definitely coming back. Communication was good and helpful.
