Place was very clean! Beds comfortable, Neighborhood seemed safe and was quiet. As mentioned there are many stairs! So luggage and food was an effort. This place is not for the handicapped or unfit person.

Great Location for Nashville Visit
The property was very nice and very clean. We found the location to be nicely situated for easy access to Downtown Nashville as well as visiting the Grand Ole Opry area. Having the Garage was a big plus to us as we drove to Nashville and wanted a place to store the vehicle since we used Uber or Lyft to visit Broadway. The only thing I would caution everyone is the garage is a very tight fit. I drive a Ford Explorer and while it fit it was a very close fit. The property owner was very responsive to us as we found some things we wanted to address/bring to their attention. He answered me within minutes and even offered to come the next day to address something I had found.

Wonderful vacation.
The unit we stayed in was very clean and close to everything. There were several days we walked and walked, it was great. The Grand Old Opry was spectacular, watching Scotty McCreery getting inducted in to the GOO. The unit was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Convenient location and cute
The house is located close to the highway so you can be anywhere around Nashville fairly quickly. The house is super cute and halls a great place to take photos. Really only has room for 4 people to sleep. I can’t imagine having more in this space. When we arrived it smelled like weed but was presented with remedies to fix the problem.

My friend and I both loved this townhome! The decor is modern and fun, everything was very clean and the coffee options were a great bonus. We felt right at home and everything we needed was there. Communication with the owner was great, he was very informative leading up to our stay, easy to reach for any questions and the check in process was simple. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again!

Check in was seamless. The property was clean and decor was great. Location was perfect as it is between the airport and downtown. Calvin is a great host and was easy to get a hold of very responsive. The area is somewhat rural and very quiet but everything you need is nearby. We had no issues and would stay here again.

Great location! Trip for business.
Great location. Property was as listed. loved the personal gym area in the garage. Only issues were the dishwasher had a smell upon arrival and the property was a little dusty. Caused my 5-year-old to have an outbreak due to being allergic to dust mites. Other than that, we had a great stay. Any questions I had Calvin answered promptly. Would recommend and will stay again in the future when visiting Nashville.

Perfect for family vacation with older kids, Short drive to attractions
We were delighted with the clean, modern decor of the property, as well as the layout. My daughters and I loved the stylish furniture and finishes - just as attractive in person as the pictures show. Host communication was excellent. Loved the convenience of morning coffee from Keurig, as well as the washer and dryer. Our tween/teen daughters shared the second bedroom and it was very convenient for the girls to have their own bathroom just outside their bedroom, down the hall from our master. The three-floor layout with stairs worked great for our family but would be less ideal for a family with toddlers or senior citizens. The location worked out well for us - it was centrally located between several of the attractions we planned to visit - giving us a 15 - 20 minute drive to most of them. The neighborhood is a fairly densely populated area with several apartment complexes. The area wasn't well-suited to walking but had super quick access by car to Briley Parkway. The garage was very narrow but a convenient extra. Between the weekday rates and a new listing discount, we were able to enjoy lots more space for everyone to spread out and relax than we typically have when traveling with a family of four in a cramped hotel room.
