Location: This unit places you within walking distance of some of Nashville's most iconic attractions. A short 2-block walk will take you to Centennial Park, where lush greenery, walking trails, and the stunning replica of the Parthenon await your exploration. Not only will you find history and culture at your doorstep, but Midtown is also a culinary paradise. You'll find an array of local restaurants, eateries, bars, and coffee shops nearby! For music enthusiasts, Nashville's renowned music venues and honky-tonks are just a short ride away - 5 mins!

Main living areas: Vesta boasts designer accents in every corner, ensuring a blend of convenience and elegance during your stay. Appreciate the abundance of natural light streaming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, coloring the living area with a warm glow. The cozy furnishings add to the homely ambiance, making you feel right at ease. With a smart TV and a private balcony complete with outdoor seating, this living room will serve as the home base for your Nashville adventures.

Kitchen: The kitchen is adjacent to the living room, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with basic cooking essentials. Take advantage of this kitchen and whip up a quick snack, enjoy a light breakfast, or taste local flavors from nearby eateries at the island bar seating. Whatever you set your mind to, this space will be the set for making all your culinary aspirations a reality!

Bedrooms & bathrooms: The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, smart TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring the ultimate comfort and privacy. The en-suite bathroom includes a rejuvenating large stand-in shower. The 2nd bedroom boasts an equally comfortable queen bed, tasteful designer decor, and closet space. The 2nd bathroom is off the living area, featuring a shower/tub combo for guests' convenience. Whichever room you choose, it will provide you a GoodNight's sleep.

Odyssey building accommodations and amenities:
As a privileged guest of Odyssey, you'll have exclusive access to resort style amenities that will take your stay to the next level. Enjoy the newly built sparkling pool complete with sun loungers and BBQ grill perfect for hot summer days. Fitness enthusiasts, keep up with your workout schedule with the state-of-the-art gym. Please note: pool is open all year round, but depending on extreme weather conditions, pool may close. Hours of operation are from 8AM - 8PM.

Parking:
To enhance your convenience, we provide one parking space per reservation in our attached parking garage on the top floor. Please note that parking is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

***Please note, this is an upcoming neighborhood so there is nearby construction for surrounding buildings. Depending on your length of stay and booking dates, guest may experience nearby construction noise.

Additional House Rules:
- Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A non-refundable accidental damage coverage policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $49 – covers $750 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
