Likes: clean, good ambience, easy access to parking, bus stop directly in front of the hotel making it an option to easily head downtown, friendly staff, good coffee accessible in the lobby. Little things that could be worked on: although the staff was very friendly, they could not answer many of our questions (how to take advantage of the guest rate for the yoga studio nextdoor, bus fare etc.). There was also a few little things broken in the room (ex: one of the towel hooks).

Great location - easy to access dining, entertainment, and downtown Nashville. Property had a great vibe with a great lobby and roof top area. The room was nice, but could use a few hangers/ hooks and a room refrigerator would be nice.

This is my favorite hotel in Nashville and I always stay here whenever I’m in town. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are amazing! Convenient to everything, too. The bar upstairs and downstairs are great and the food is incredible!

Staff was inattentive and did not engage with guests. Stood at front desk for a long time and then sat at coffee counter with no acknowledgement. Service in cafe was slow and had to finally push together some tables after being told over and over that they would clean them. The good: very convenient to downtown. Short Uber rides with side street pick up. Key locked parking garage. Rooftop bar staff was friendly and was kept clean.

It is a modern hotel which is nice. The room was clean. However it is not a normal hotel. There isn’t even an ice machine on the floors, you have to go to the desk for ice. And the desk staff are also bartenders so if they’re busy you’ll have to wait. The focused more on being stylish, trendy, and modern rather than guest comforts. The hall ways also have really odd colored lights. If you’re 21 and came to Nashville to drink and listen to music but if that isn’t your agenda I’d stay elsewhere. I’m not saying the hotel is bad, it isn’t. It just wasn’t for me.
