Please leave all bedding. Place towels in hamper. Place trash in the blue trash can under the stairs by blue door. Check out is before 11am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Send a pic of ID to checkin. Check out on time. Pets have a $300 fine if we didn't speak about it.
No hunting on the land or near the rental. No weapons inside of the rental. Please keep them in your vehicle. No drugs or illegal substances.
No day guests or additional guests not included in reservation. We will charge additional fees or ask you to leave. Please no shoes inside the house.
