"Very nice hotel but had issues with AC. It was over 83 degrees in our room at 10 pm and we finally had to demand a new room. Staff was great though. Not much to see at Iseo but it was peaceful and property was beautiful. "

"If this was once a 4-star hotel, it needs revisited because it isn't any longer. Maintenance is needed everywhere. Most times there was no air conditioning in the main areas of the hotel, just in the room. Every time I entered my room, the lights flicked off and on for at least 10 minutes. Also, it isn't safe as I learned, from mistakenly trying to open the wrong room, that my key opened someone else's door. This is highly unsafe and as a woman traveling alone, this is a big red flag."

"The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. The location is at walking distance from the town city center. The restaurant is very nice and at a fair price. Be sure to book a table close to the window. SPA is small but nice. Parking is super comfortable."
