"I loved my stay here. The property was in an incredible area; loads of places to eat between cafes and restaurants, shopping of all kinds surrounding, easy short walks to any of the local sightseeing. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, the communication before checkin was extremely helpful and they offered us early check in for no fee when we got there early and tired from our long train ride there. Our room was spacious, well supplied, very clean and exceptionally comfortable....

"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible."

Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. "Absolutely great place. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean, modern room, comfy bed. Some didn’t like the gray theme, but that's the trend. Didn't bother us as everything else was top notch. Elevator, underground car park and only 20 minutes from Verona. Easy drive. Highly recommend. And based on the person that checked us in, spent the next night in Bardolina on the largest lake in Italy. We had no idea. "

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. "We had a truly wonderful time with Francesco. This place is huge! So much incredible outdoor and indoor space. A fully stocked kitchen, nice little pool, fig trees and more. It's about 10 mins drive from both Bardolino and Garda, so it makes having a car a must. Most of the best restaurants are away from the water, so it was nice to be where we were. The place is very rustic. Don't expect the fanciest appliances but it has everything you need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Just in Verona for a quick overnight and wish we had more time after enjoying this hotel and its great location! Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, beautiful piazzas, and the train station. Hotel staff was friendly and gave wonderful options for a few restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, had fabulous ambient lighting and a fairly large bathroom and perfect waterfall shower! "

"Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special."
