The hotel and property is beautiful. I especially enjoyed the pool area and beach. It was fun to watch the cruise ships go in and out. My favorite place to eat was the bar by the pool. The concierge arranged a wonderful boat ride to snorkel that was the highlight of our trip. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.

Very pleasant place to stay, different crowd than the casino resorts at the island. If you’re looking to place to rest and relax, British colonial it’s the way to go.

The best part about staying at property was the friendly and personable service of the valet. No free parking available anywhere on property. Television wasnt working when we arrived and it took 2 days for maintenance to come and check it. The attitude of the maintenance person after making us wait 2 days just to check the tv was condescending and rude. I would be very hesitant to stay at property again.

Very nice property, but expensive for all food and service options. Too close to the cruise ship docks and all the hustle and bustle that brings with it. All restaurants in the area close early because of the cruise industry.

This staff is very bad i arrived at the hotel at 2:30 pm on a Monday they said the room is not ready, when i know from housekeeping that there were many rooms available, they let me wait until 4pm to give me yhe room,i am never booking here again
