Hotel was a solid average. The outside facility is in great shape, but the room I got was far from ideal. Leaking toilet and sink, AC not functional when we arrived, towels were always stained, had to buy my own toiletries because the ones provided by the hotel were not enough. Breakfast was good, had several options. But you have to stress-plan and time your arrival before it actually starts. There are not a lot of tables and if you have plans for the morning and wait until 7 am to go and eat, you'll not have tables available and will have to eat either standing up or at the chairs on the pool, as they don't allow people to eat in their rooms. Although we had good service, I believe I would not return to this hotel, neither would recommend it due to the price we paid for the overall infrastructure of the facility.

Hotel Encantador

Já é minha segunda vez em Natal e não abro mão de me hospedar nesse hotel. Hotel com vista mar, muito bem localizado, na rua de trás da praia, perto de vários restaurantes, principais pontos, lojinhas. Café da manhã excelente e muito gostoso, com diversas opções tanto no Buffet quanto feitas na hora. Quarto espaçoso e camas confortáveis. Gostaria ainda de destacar o atendimento do recepcionista Alysson por toda sua atenção, paciência e comprometimento ao cliente, ele faz parte também do sucesso do hotel e do motivo dos hóspedes voltarem. Enfim hotel sensacional, vale muito o custo.

Excelente escolha em Ponta Negra

Fiquei hospedado em um quarto superior com vista mar e varanda, com excelente espaço interno e um bom banheiro, com banho de ótima qualidade. As áreas comuns do hotel são muito bem decoradas e limpas e ele é muito bem localizado em relação a praia de Ponta Negra. O estacionamento é gratuito, mas é bem complicado. Há uma entrada para algumas vagas no mesmo nível da rua e outra bem discreta para vagas subterrâneas, mas você precisa descer do carro e ir na recepção para sinalizar que vai entrar. O café da manhã é bastante variado e tem opções de tapiocas e omeletes feitos na hora. Os pratos e bebidas servidos pelo restaurante são variados fartos, soborosos e tem um preço abaixo de outros restaurantes próximos. O atendimento na recepção e no restaurante não é muito simpático, mas não chega a ser um problema. As piscinas são ótimas e o hotel tem locais para ótimas fotos no jardim.
