"We stayed here both before and after hiking the W and were so glad to return! The owners are very caring and kind. The room was comfortable and a great value. It was very easy to coordinate luggage storage with the hostel while we were trekking, as well as breakfast to-go when we needed to leave early for the bus to Torres del Paine. Highly recommend!"

"Staffs are friendly and professional. The unit is little small but it was functional. You can hear the echoes of doors opening/closing through the hallway, but unit has ear plugs to reduce the noise. The breakfast had time slots to limit the number of guests at the same time in cafeteria, so it wasn't crowded. The food was great with lots of options. "
