You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Large home with in ground pool and hot tub. Four block walk to downtown fun.

Large gourmet kitchen, inground pool with hot tub, grills galore.

2900 sq feet. Open house plan and patio area great for gatherings and entertaining.

Bedrooms are upstairs so if you have some that are tired of associating.. they can go upstairs. 😂 1 master suite with semi private bath w/ walk in shower is located downstairs, the owners suite is located upstairs with private bath.

You can sit outside during festivals and hear the music from the house or you can walk downtown to enjoy the bands, restaurants, night life, scenic walk to downtown front street.

Bicycles available, pool floats, towels.

Additional Fees:
Housekeeping $150
Hot tub - using the hot tub is included and encouraged to enjoy.

Heating pool for a weekend $500. (Could be less based on weather)

Fun fact- Tom Skerritt lived in this home while filming Steel Magnolias. Dolly Pardon across the street.

4th of July Celebration
We loved our stay at this home. It had everything we needed for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful....I'm a cook so it was perfect. The kids had a great time in the pool. We just really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The cake was great too! Thank you so much!

Perfect home to meet family from different locations
This home has plenty of space to spread out and read without any interruptions! We met our daughter and her two very intelligent teen boys who love to read and share ideas. One began playing Ukulele a month ago and can play anything just by hearing it once. The other is controlling the galaxy and beyond in his computer. Both are physic’s crazed and history buffs. They also enjoy cooking. We were able to be together in the fabulously designed kitchen with elbow room to spare. We played board games and watched TV together and had many discussions in well appointed den. All furniture is comfortable! This house is clean, large, beautiful and easy to be together with family and has lots of space for everyone to enjoy private time. The pool is fabulous! It’s close to everything in downtown Natchitoches!! Will be back!! Thanks

Well appointed modern home
We stayed here during a December weekend to enjoy the Christmas lights and fireworks. Two couples and four kids. Everything was set up well; the pool and hot tub were great; and it's only about a 10 minute walk to downtown. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, a great experience.
